Sorry not win d argument but stating d fact which parent will appreciate this .

Virat ki galtiyon list poori hai humere pass no doubt he is always wrong , sai is always majboor.

Suicide attempts happen in the society. I didnt find anything wrong in the maker's projection ( for once). It was totally understandable. A parent will understand a child who lost her will to live and support her morally.

In case you need reminding, Virat is the one who will forbid Sai from eating in the next episode, I'm pretty sure that's classed as domestic abuse.

Calling someone toy isn't questioning their character because toy has different meanings and it is true that Virat dances to BK's tunes, he never has the guts to correct her.

Pakhi in the guise of asking Virat to leave Sai's hand, questioned Sai's character and her intent of going to Professor's house alone. Virat and his family by keeping quiet at that point indirectly supported Pakhi's statement.

Sai couldn't believe the audacity that Pakhi of all people (&Virat and his family thru her indirectly) are questioning her character, when they themselves are full of it.

This is what led to the rest of the events in the episode. She had to bare open everything right from deal as well as PP-Virat past.

Kamal Sir wanted her emotional, physical and financial security, and for her to be able to follow her dreams. He NEVER wanted her to get married so young, neither to Jagtap nor to his favorite student. But what was written in the plot happened, and now SaiRat are married and living in the toxic CN, where neither of these 3 securities is possible.

Sai's suicide attempt was an impulsive reaction in extreme grief. Its not a sign of weakness. I have personally have always struggled with understanding why people think suicide is an answer and have even thought that "its a cowardly and easy way out". But with time i know now that its a very sensitive issue and not something can be just brushed off so callously as some people do.

Sai's father would definitely not "endorse" her suicide attempt because he would want to see her overcome her grief and focus on achieving her dreams. But that is not the same as saying he would be "ashamed" of her. Because her decision to commit suicide was NOT a shameful decision but one taken out of extreme grief. All she wanted to do was to join her father by taking her own life.

At 18-19 years of age when she loses her father to an untimely death, its a lot to go through. And its worse when that person is literally all you have. Sai has no extended family. She has no financial security either. She was literally LOST. In one moment her whole life turned on its head. It wasn't like her father was ill and she had time to prepare herself. They were supposed to be moving to nagpur to begin a new life and suddenly he is just GONE.

Infact I wish makers had given us more of seeingjust how Sai dealt with hwr fathers death with more tehraav.

In KD they show imon attempt suicide again when she is so hurt by rono alleging that shes having an affair. That is something i hope they NEVER show on ghkpm. Because Sai maybe hurt by people's baseless allegations but would not consider suicide for such things. Infact if they ever show something like that where virat or family accuses her of infidelity, she should just walk out with her head held high.

I had posted a while ago almost similar thoughts-- i think during the chilli grinding sequence... Would Kamal Joshi approve of this? It has of course come a long way from there and only spiralled downwards in terms of her 'respect' instead of improving. But I think the family and (Virat being silent) gets away a lot because of the fact that Sai doesn't have a family to fall back on.. no one who can question their actions. Of course, if she had a family, she would not be married to Virat in the first place. But it is a fact that Karishma knows she ultimately has a family to go to outside Chakram niwas, Ashwini has her mother who must be her inspiration in ways even if she hasn't told them the story. Like Ashwini told Sai when she came into the house that Ashwini suffered because despite having parents, she could not reveal anything. In Sai's case, it is just her. Usha Maushi is almost on the same side as the Chakrams and tries to show Sai the mirror for her baat karne ka tareeka... The only consolation is that Virat has at least the right moral and the conscience coming from Ashwini but his loss of control on his emotions in regard to Sai has come in the way of his moral judgment of issues at times.

I don't think Kamal Joshi meant that Virat should marry her. Even Virat did not take it as marriage. But the rest of the so-called Kakas who thought this was the best chance to pass on the responsibility ganged up on Virat. But that is not the only reason why he married her. He did marry her after her suicide attempt because it was the moment when he realised he could have lost Sai -- not just Kamal Joshi's daughter but someone with who he had an inexplicable connection. And he knew that she had lost her entire world. He wanted to fill that vacuum, not just as a sponsor but as someone who cared for her and would be 'bechain' if he thought he was losing that connection... he married her because there was no better way of "looking after" her than keeping her in front of his eyes.

@bold very true, he looks at her and has a flashback of all the encounters he had with her while donating blood to her

But what I didn't understand was how did he leave GC in first place? Writing down his address and leaving, was it because he got his posting at Nagpur and his duty was calling? Why did he call Pakhi to inform that he is returning?

virat's character ko jaan booch ke creativity dikhake spoil kiya hai CVs ne. people said even pakhi's character was much dignified and all in other versions. here pakhi is soo shameless and everything. dunno chahte kya hai, hindi version ke CVs.

Those were regional shows and they had to be careful before what they showed. The audience there was of all ages and many old people. They knew what the expectations would be from a ML.

May be Neil and Aishwarya’s personal equation is the real issue. I feel it’s the weight they must be throwing as a couple for the other to get more screen space. Who knows??
