so after today's episode, everyone is now picking sides on who is right and who is wrong. Even i did when i saw the episode the first time. but i went back to introspect some things which i am sharing here-

Lets start with Patralekha-

I am glad she stood up for right today (no matter what her intentions)

But when Sai decided to disclose the love she and virat shared, the mask she has on of being perfect was about to break and that is when she screamed at sai.

In all this mess, she told sai that you are talking wrong about your own husband (something which she has never accepted).

She was scared that if her truth was out, maybe the truth of samrat leaving would also be disclosed soon, and then no one would have forgiven her, not even virat.

That is why at the end she runs to her room because she is playing the victim in this situation. Her fear that the truth was almost about to come out was killing her from inside.

She went off on virat about sai but as soon as virat told her what sai felt she was shocked, she couldn't believe her behaviour had been caught by someone especially sai. Pakhi knows sai will not tolerate her (sai's) self-respect breaking or her rights being snatched so she cannot fathom this behaviour.

Paakhi needs to realize ki sach jitna bhi jhutlalo ek din samne aa hi jata hai.

Virat-

Virat was right in his stand of stoping Sai. no matter how much we fight for Women rights the truth is that it is still not safe for a woman especially someone new to a city to travel on their own. Virat also comes from a place of care for sai because he knows the truth of jagtap story and what happened then.

If something were to happen to sai, he would be responsible because let's face it, he is her guardian of sorts at this moment. he holds her responsibility.

Where he went wrong was when his ego came into the picture. fuel was added to the fire by the family, and for once he lost himself in the moment.

The usual calm and composed guy was instigated to the level that he got influenced, something against his character. So he used force, which was challenged when Sonali (i can't even call her Kaku) said controlling her (breaking her zidd) is not in your hands. At that moment he forgot what was right and what was wrong.

Only when Aai brought to his notice that sai was in pain, he realized what he had done and to whom.

He himself could not believe what he had done in the heat of the moment.

Virat a man of principles was instigated by his vile family who have forgotten what is right and wrong. so the less said about them is better.

Now coming to Sai-

She was wrong in many places today.

I won't talk about what she could have done differently regarding going to Pulkit sir's house. i will stick to today's episode.

so she did not realize where virat is coming from. I guess if aai and virat would have been alone when they stopped her, the scenario would have been very different.

What riled her up was the c gangs taane.

She lost herself in the moment of how everyone was instigating virat against her. she was reminded of the recent trip incident where she stood quietly listening to the taunts thrown at her by the family for accompanying HER HUSBAND.

Today was almost the same but the virat runs to stand in front of her and holds her hand. Sai doesn't stand quietly in situations like these. She didn't expect virat to use force on her.

In the moment of force, she cannot bear it and decided enough is enough.

I am sure she felt why am I to bear all this.

The problem between virat and sai is the change in the deal between the two which they haven't realized yet.

Virat has moved on from pakhi but it is still not clear to sai. For sai the deal is still the same.

Like janki mentioned in her post, today sai reacted from the position of a wife who is expected to listen and to do everything her husband says for HIS family but when it comes to her, he stands silently (mostly). Whether it is with pakhi or with Bhavani.

she doesn't see him assert what is right and wrong in front of his family when they constantly insult her.

Imagine having to listen to your father-in-law say that why are you stopping our son when he is doing the right thing of using force to tame the DIL. Anyone in her shoes would have lost their calm.

The family-

aai was the most samajhdar in the situation.

the others instigated virat to this extent. Sonali and Karishma enjoyed the scene.

but when it came to them being shown the mirror, they could not fathom it. it is true that virat is being used as a toy to stop patralekha from leaving.

I would like to see their reaction when the celibacy matter is disclosed. Will they applaud their son then?

So the whole premise of this episode was the deal.

There are too many unsaid expectations of virat and sai from each other. only if they were to talk it out would make a difference.

They have hurt each other to the core because of these expectations.

the day the facade breaks completely will they be able to stand together as one.

a well-perfomed episode by all. Today was the day when I actually saw patralekha as who she should be, performed by Aishwarya.

Neil was fantastic as always, I don't expect anything less from him in his performance.

But it was Ayesha who stole the screen today. Who can say she has never been a lead in a show. Her improvement is remarkable.

I just hope this isn't stretched too far and we see a move from this drama by tomorrow.

This just my opinion and understanding of what went down today. ❤️❤️

As far as Virat is concerned, he is definitely not in love with Pakhi anymore. So, he is right in a way that Sai is misunderstanding him but the same is not the case with Pakhi who is hiding her real intentions behind the facade of BFF. The sooner Virat realises this the better it will be for his sanity and Sai's as well.

sai kya even pakhi doesn't know about his change of mind as she still stuck to his promise, thinking he wont have feelings for sai as he promised her that he will not love anyone else life long.

his change of feelings and mind is something he never tells neither sai nor pakhi, uss raat ko accha khasa poocha tha sai ne and spoke about all that yoga love and all, he missed the opportunity to clarify things to her stating 'karta tha, ab nay karta'. boldeta tho sai aaj sab ke saamne yeh baat nay laati.

and both pakhi and virat behave as if there is no other pavitr rishta than their friendship. and dosti ka gyaan by pakhi the best friend when she lusts around virat always 😆

that's the thing,

no one knows about his change of mind. neither he said anything when sai asked him. instead of saying that 'kartha tha par ab nay karta' he totally denied saying its a lie.

its not completely a lie as he did love pakhi, presently uske dil mein kya hai, patayega nay tho kisiko bhi kaise kaise chalega. so biwi sab ke saamne band bajadi🤣
