Virat’s POV maybe

I know that Virat helping Pakhi seemed annoying, but if you think of it he made Sai not even help get ice but also said sorry. Maybe he was trying to teach Sai don’t stoop as low as Pakhi and his family. Sai is not a bad person, she is the one who is always helping others and Sai has compassion towards others and she shouldnt let that go because of Pakhi.

We got frustrated when he asked Sai to get ice, even she got shocked. However, Virat asked her to get ice with a right as he didn’t say please to her. While, when he had asked Karishma he said please first before asking for ice. And in that episode Virat was furious at Pakhi where he even told her to stop it. Today, he was very calm with Sai, and he even told her to finish making food as he is ready for work, and left Pakhi by just saying take care of yourself. If you guys remember he was so concerned for Sai where he couldn’t think of anything besides Sai even though he was at work.

@bold...I will hold off my comment until I see tomorrow's episode and see if he does or does not think about Pakhi's hand at work.

Regarding the ice incident where he applied ice on pakhi was off-putting for me because there were so many women in the kitchen who would have gladly put ice on their precious Pakhi's hand. Meanwhile, in Sai's case, it was different because he is the only one who could take a stand for her. I didn't see anything different in this scene from Sai's chilli grinding scene in terms of compassion and care.

(giving credits to @neeraja91 for bringing this up in another thread) Previously, we had a similar scene like this with Pakhi and sai had headaches. Virat just gave Pakhi the medicine while he gave Sai a head massage. There was a difference in his care for both ladies. One was caring for a friend and the other was caring for his wife.

Yes that is what Iam also saying. He should have told any of the ladies to put ice. He don’t have to put it. What is wrong with this guy. He is an IPS officer he cannot use his brain. He says that he can find the lie in one second. I didn’t like he has to put the ice on her hand. Another thing when Kanu was calling all the names to sai he kept quiet why he cannot say please stop calling names to my wife all the time Kanu does. He cannot stop that atleast Infront of him. People will say oh he is just keeping quiet so that it don’t aggravate it he tells once they will atleast try to stop. Omg where does this lady get all these names. Good analysis as we say a coin has two sides and this can also be a possibility that he was trying to mend everything and set it right because he also asked TMK to stop it...there's no need to drag it more.

I actually did not mind the ice thing, even if it would have been better of it was not there😆

It was for me a friendly gesture, because someone who truely considers you a friend would never want to see you hurt. I know I would have done that for someone I disliked as well😆

He did not blow on her hands to soothe her pain - that was one visible difference I saw.😳 He was concerned both times, but I did not not feel it was over the top, because he was very calm and was not fussing.

Now, if he video calls her tomorrow, that's another thing🤣🤣

The serpent that she is, she very evidently accepted the challenge from Virat. Not from Sai. It was only when Virat asked Sai to hold on and pushed her buttons that she decided to go and grind the masalas. She knew Virat was on Sai's side and so when the time came to do damage control, he had to do it . He didn't say "I am sorry" he said "We are sorry". The ice cube was fine. It was a human gesture from a friend, who really doesn't think of her as anything but a friend and doesn't ever realise that she thinks of him as her imaginary husband, from my perspective

He's going to have a man occupy his mind very soon. He never calls that snake. I don't think he will video call. But the visit to the snake hole is coming 😵

I don’t think applying ice was such a big deal, as he still thinks of Pakhi as his friend. I would have def. preferred to not see that but still as a human being and a friend it’s ok. It was not over the top. I also believe that when he was taking care of Pakhi he was doing it as Sairat and not just as Virat. As he said I am sorry Sai and I both didn’t know. It is another story that Pakhi feels like she has a right on Virat.

However, like you said we should wait till tomorrow to make comments.
