Suprabhat Bhagininno!

Is she a lamp that can drive away darkness? Or is she the pill that can cure sicknesses that remain invisible and unacknowledged? Or is she the dew-drop that has a whole heaven inside it when it is born -- not everyone can see? She is all of this and yet more to be. She's definitely a mirror and the "soul force".

'Soul Force' has many divergent meanings for harbingers of change in history and so there are many interpretations of how it should be. Here, from my point of view, the "soul force" is simply a pure conscience that fears nothing while standing up for justice. It is the conscious realisation that being patient and indifferent are entirely different virtues.

The 'zillat arena' of Chakram niwas, where the so-called custodians of the family's "pride" stood as mute spectators, watching random people walk up to the 'daughter' of the house and almost throw ink at her face -- the only reaction that the so called gatekeepers of the house have is to wide-eyed disbelief that the daughter has brought them shame. There is no need felt to even question to understand - the decree has been passed. (Waise, these Chavans don't even have a security guard for such a big mahal to stop people from barging in? Kitne paise bachayenge?). It's because the sense of grandiose is so powerful that it clouds their consciences that there is a sense of satisfaction when someone else can punish a 'rebel', who has time and again questioned the power in their face. There is a need to allow the 'daughter' of the house to undergo this humiliation -- because how else can she be "collectively condemned" for not toeing the line of her own 'blood'. Shame can be 'used' as a perfect weapon to bring this rebel to her knees and break the morale, especially a woman's. It's a "family" where there is no love lost, in most confrontations 🙄.

Two other people also spoke before Sai -- Susheel bahu and Ashwini. Both were asked to keep quiet and they did -- Susheel bahu kept quiet because she cannot misstep the formation of the 'collective gatekeepers' aka 'ghar ke bade' and Ashwini, because, she wouldn't have the nerve to pull off the fight without any backing. While Susheel bahu remained in line, Ashwini, however, joined the 'Soul Force' as expected in the end. The fact is that Shivani has always also been a 'soul force' too.

Sai's support for Shivani is not just 'payback loyalty' or the fact that she's actually a tigress (jungle ki Sherni), who is fiercely protective about her people. It is also not because she "knew" the truth that she fought. But it is her alignment to her inner voice and to her absolute commitment to justice. It comes from the fact that Sai has no inner fears that stop others like Susheel bahu from speaking -- the need to earn validation from the 'elders' or be in anyone's good books. We all can vouch that Sai would have fought for Shivani even if she hadn't met Amey, where she even felt the vibes instinctively and found something amiss.

But not only did Sai know the truth, she had also experienced the euphoria and happiness that Shivani had felt about starting life afresh and, therefore, even the sudden shock, the feeling of being cheated felt that much more personal. Sai's mention of "apna hi parivaar dushman hai" was so spot on. Everyone, who has experienced the humiliation at the hands of the four Chakram 'elders' and their two sidekicks, would know the feeling : ACP Chavan included.

So it wasn't surprising at all that from the moment he walked in and saw 'wife' in her Durga avatar with four unknown visitors (and krishnamoorthi bane Chakram niwasis), Chavan saheb knew ki koi toh jung ladni hai aaj bhi 😂 He walked in with the complete preparedness to fight along with Sai. But I could really see that he literally breathed in respite that the fight was not with anyone of the chakrams at the moment 🤣😂🤣 (I really wanted to know what Kaku wanted to tell Virat. I was so disappointed that I have to wait until tomorrow for it🙄😒😣) And of course, he heard exactly the information that was needed to understand the whole situation because Sai doesn't mince words. 😅 And aise mamlon mein at least, he is a 2 minute me jhoot pakadne wala police wala. And what a coincidence that he's the ACP on special assignment for injustice against women😆. Sai, am sure knows IPC sections well growing up with Aaba. Seedha seedha ACP saheb ko case book karne ke kaunse charges lagane hain uska prescription bhi thama diya🤩 Oh, didn't he love that introduction and invitation to join the attack? The eyes did all the dragging-you-to-my-side talk☺️. No explanation needed.

Aur ek minute: AAJ KI TAZA KHABAR: Major Samrat Salunkhe, who has been missing since June 2019 (we haven't been able to confirm through sources yet which month are we in), unki mataji, Jo khud gayab hone me maahirta rakhti Hain, Woh aaj dobara prakat ho gayi Hain. Major Salunkhe's mother was found emerging from a crevice on the right side of the jinxed dining area. Eyewitnesses confirmed that Major Salunkhe's mother received a critical shock about her younger sister the moment she appeared from the crevice and was last seen trying to sneak back into her secret hibernation. 🕳️🧱

I LOVED the moment when Virat told Shivani "Bua, main Aapke Saath hoon" along with Sai declaring that she will reinstate the lost pride and confidence in Shivani. What a gemstone Sai is? Oh, we know: Kohinoor diamond 💎.Wouldn't she know better now it feels to be objectified and cheated? She has lived a few years with that feeling and just only begun to feel differently for a 'man'.

That (unnecessary) reference to Gadchiroli ki ladki was so boisterous that Chavan saheb must have heard it while entering the house 😂 no wonder Omkar only needs one glare from Sai to keep his useless tongue tied. 😅 I loved that part too. But her retort to Ninad-- I am not sure of her choice of words.

Let's be honest. I loved the fact that she's the mirror to their faces but as discussed several times before, the message is lost with the wrong set of words. Her "Aap toh chup hi rahiye" was rude (I won't lie, it made me laugh so much 😂 but I have to be objective because I don't blindly love Sai). Whatever she said after that about Ninad not standing up for his sister (Virat wasn't surprised anyway) was valid but the tone takes away focus from the message. It has given the ammunition to the chakrams to fire at Sai and also Virat. Yes, Ninad doesn't deserve her respect but Sai this is exactly where is failing to understand what Virat means when he says 'pesh aana'. In that long conversation that same morning (it seems like days ago already), Virat told her to think about 'pesh aana'. It was a valuable advise but Sai is unable to understand why Virat wants her to use tact in the fight. You can allow insignificant smaller conflicts to drain you in a long battle -- that is where you use diplomacy and sometimes even restraint.

But anger gets the better of her, always. And when she's all guns blazing, she oversteps the cover Virat is willingly giving her 😑. So, although Virat agreed with everything she said, that one moment of impoliteness is enough to take away the lustre from her golden action. I did not find unreasonable when Bhavani taunted Virat about it. And obviously the Spokesperson of Makad Sena cannot be left behind in showcasing her susheelta. The near miss moment when Ninad is silently glaring at Virat looking for his reaction, too, even as Sai walked out is not out of the place.

Sai is doing a good job in dealing with Patthar-lekha with her absolute cold khichdi khao attitude (until it can be held). I won't call it fabulous because at some level Sai is bearing insults but is working so well to expose the bacha khucha jala hua mask of stoned-expression wali Jali Hui Didi that it should serve as an example of what Virat means to 'pesh aana'. That has been the man's only grouse 😒. Warna toh he has happily armed her and even challenged her to not throw her hathiyar... But Saiiii Saiiii... She needs some time to learn the art of being an invincible warrior. Honestly, if Virat expresses his displeasure to her in their private space, I wouldn't mind. They are definitely at a stage when one can point out mistakes of the other while continuing to support the larger issue.

Felt bad for Shivani although wish we would know her backstory too. But I totally adore the bond of the two vivacious girls. They are almost like soul sisters. Bring in Ashwini and DeviTai and this unit of Formidable Four females -- with their minds and hearts in the right places-- can take on the entire world. ❤️💞❤️ Bless them.

Would anyone of these chakrams look into the mirror Sai is showing them and cringe for a moment at what they see? May be not, because consciences die when the mind is home to the "serpent". Is 'soul force' enough to deliver justice? It can challenge oppression and bring about a justice only when it is done with love guided by power -- Sai, the love, and Virat, the power.

***

From yesterday:

It was mushy that "Mera abhi Mann Nahi Hai" came along with "Mujhe aaj Khana Ghar par Khana hai" 😄 Awww... Both Ashwini and DIG catching the emotions.

Ashwini's "Jab tumhara Mann aa jaye tab kha Lena" was so cute! ❤️💞 She's the only one who really can see Sai developing the raw feelings for Virat like no one can. A mother's eyes always know. I LOVED Ashwini's almost demanding 'tell me how was college'. It has such a cosy feel to it almost enough to remind you of the warmth of knowing at you have someone at home who you want to run back to and tell your stories. And Ashwini's forever willingness to feed her with her hands 🥰😍

But ab Khana toh jinxed hi hai inka. There will obviously be no dinner happening after the 'scene' and dinner toh chhodo aaj toh Chavan saheb ko neend bhi naseeb hogi ya Nahi Woh bhi kal pata chalega 😆

It is natural the Sai is "change" in the house that has been reeking with secrets guarded by a the misplaced notions of pride, discipline and traditions. But in trying to raise the plants in that grey landscape, I just wish my dewdrop doesn't end up expending herself completely.🥺

****

Sending across hugs 🤗, coffee ☕☕☕ and dher saara pyaar bhi ❤️❤️ and as dewdrop Sai said, "Patjarh aane par sookhe ped kaata Nahi karte balki Bahar aane Ka intezaar karte Hain!" 💕 Aisa Kohinoor koi kaise na kadar Kar Sakta hai 😒

Own your day, my lovelies!

Lots of love❤️

Great analysis as always. But i feel that the "aap tog chhup hi rahiye" was said in the flow because the man deserved it. Yes he's elder but did he really deserve any respect. Hes a former army officer and his own sister was being insulted and he's got no shred of humanity or apnapan. He stood silent watching his sister's character get tarnished and didn't let her explain herself. Just because they dontt approve of shivanis choices in life does that mean if someone is being cruel to her, he'd just stand and watch?! Thats why even virat who initially tried to reprimand her for taking that tone said nothing when she backed her case and explained why ninad should not bother to speak. In CM waalon ko koi message vaise bhi samajh nahi aata. They don't have the decency to even look ashamed whenever they are proven wrong forget using words like "sorry abd thank you" when appropriate. For example they had all this anger when they thought Sai had complained to DIG but apart from Ashwini not one of them even could swallow their pride and ego to say a sorry/thank you.

I agree that he deserved it completely. I watched that part five times just to continue laughing🤣 and I LOVED it. But I am analysing the issue neutrally. If she had just said, "Baba, aap toh Kuch mat hi boliye" with even louder voice, it would have been better than "Aap toh chup rahiye". It was literally, "Oh shut up you!" in English.

Now all said and done, it was like handing over "one" round of gunfire to the undeserving clan. And they are going to train it on Virat, who actually thinks she needs to learn the tact. And there's nothing wrong in being tactful.

I know they will eventually blame Sai and humiliate her for everything. So why leave loose ends that will "sound" like a justified complaint against you. She should fire in such a way that no one gets to fire a penalty shot that's difficult to defend. But that's just my objective opinion. Personally, I thought she should have just said, "Abey chup!" 🤣

Oh dear 🤗 I didn't find yesterday's episode 'complete' enough as it wouldn't allow objectivity in analysing the situation.

Nice analysis Janki. You have a lovely way with words that recreate scenes so nicely.

I also thought that Sai was rude when she spoke to Ninad like that but isn’t it her flaw that she has to overcome. She who is ‘laal with gussa’, it is expected that she reacts like.

This where Virats influences will come handy & she will probably learn to get her point across without handing over any ammunition to the enemy!

i thought the episode will be boring with all the family drama and all but it was really interesting. jistarah sai ne sab ko cup karaya it was very brave of hersmiley32 maine tho baar baar dekha woh scene.

i enjoyed the way she taunted virat's father saying 'abhi tak chup te na tho thodi dher aur chup rahiye'smiley37smiley37

even though i enjoyed that scene, that shouldn't have happened cuz this made virat angry. now am sure whole chavan family will brainwash virat about sai and virat will be angrier on sai, he must have gone into their room thinking 'aaj tho sai se baat karni padegi, woh sab se ayise battameezi nay karsakti' and as soon as he enters the room sees sai flirting with someone on the phone saying 'main apne pati ko handle karloongi tum yeh socho ki iss situation se kaise nilkhloge'smiley37🤣hearing this virat's PATI MODE ON!!smiley36

well am scared that he will misunderstand sai nowsmiley39and the worst part is, seems like pakhi is going to take advantage of the whole situation and instigate virat against sai.smiley39

but i really hope we get to see virat appreciating and thanking her after he knows the actual reason behind this.smiley42

well, do anyone know how all this was handled in kusum dola?

Lol, ya her choice of words could have been better. But she actually said aap toh please chup rahiye. So sirf shut up nahi bola, "please shut up" bola. Hahaha😂😂😂😂

But i wish virat in future would also notice these calculated 1 liners PP says which always escalates the situation. If she really cared or had an ounce of humanity her one line could have been " i think hum sabko ye kal thande dimaag se discuss karna chahiye" in that fake gentle and soft spoken tone of hers.

I wish our ips officer isnt blind to these things. He is a trained police officer- he should have an eye for details too.

I dont know how differently things might have panned out if sai did not say that. Hindsight is 20:20.gusse main cheezein flow mein nikal jaati hai.

They were already aware that Sai knew and had met this boyfriend of Shivani's so kuch na kuch ammunition toh unke paas hamesha rahta hai.

Great analysis Janaki. I missed your post yesterday.

I am glad there is someone who feels like me about the shut up scene .I have been writing about this everywhere from the time the episode aired so please bear with me 😂. I felt Sai was rude and it could have been avoided for below reasons

1. It took the discussion in a different direction and Shivani’s issue got overshadowed by Sai’s one dialogue. The focus shifted to Sai’s badtameezi .

2. Ninad is her FIL and means a lot to Virat .If not for anyone I would expect Sai to change her tone for Virat’s sake .The man has been fighting for her from day one and it’a not much if he expects to keep her tone in check .Virat never stops her from speaking up . I agree with whatever she said but my only problem was her tone and choice of words .

3. I believe anger gets better of us and one who has control over their anger can go long way .I find Virat has better control than Sai in such situations.

4. I won’t blame Virat if he express his displeasure over Sai’s behavior .Virat has done that to his Ninad when he spoke rudely to his mom and Sai . He has done that to Pakhi his so called true love so Sai will not be an exception.

Lastly , I want to appreciate Virat for believing in Sai’s claim about Amay without questioning her . He trusted his aunt and wife . If not for his intervention the ladies would not stop accusing Shivani and demanding apology . My dad always said we need to have three people in the family- a doctor , lawyer and a police officer to survive in this corrupt world . Having an IPs officer at home is a great advantage and Sai doesn’t shy away from using it at the right time . I love this attitude of hers .

Great post ! I loved the episode.

All was well till that 'Aap chup rahiye'. Tension shifted visibly towards Sai.

I loved that little 'eye' coordination between husband and wife. He just took over without missing a step.

Aankhon hi aankhon mein ishara ho gaya!
