But considering that Sai is short tempered her being rude to ninad was a typical reaction. They also spoke so nastily to her & shivani in front of the outsiders.

Maybe Virat will tell her to temper her words. She can put across her without being outright rude.

I think the moment was right but the way she said it was not.

Anyway this a fault in Sai & maybe over time she might not have to resort to rude behavior to get her point across.
