In my case my family is too conservative I need to wear mangalsutra sindoor and bangles it's compulsion but when I had to join my college after one month of my marriage ,my mother in law told me to wear kurta sindoor mangalsutra and bangles oh god ..how is that possible I directly told her that I m not comfortable with that so I wore jeans t-shirt and oh please no sindoor mangalsutra and bangles at all coz I m going to college not to attend some relatives function that I will look so chamkili😏

I totally understand what you mean, she would want to fit in college and not stand out by wearing chamkile dresses, unless that what she likes in which case its acceptable.

But we have seen her in kurtas and jeans, nice churidars, why cant she wear leggings and kurta like she used to. Infact I like her nightdresses as day time wear, nice and sober. I wish she had a better wardrobe. I feel young FLs in other shows have better clothes .

Mangalsutra is def okay for her to wear, personally not a fan of sindoor but her wish (only time I had applied was during my wedding rituals, have never applied sindoor after that), but bangles, what will she do when she is a surgeon or has to examine someone during internship, these will get in her way of work. She should wear 1-2 bangle if she really has to.

But all this is just my opinion coz I just feel very weird to wear any jewelry on my body except for earrings only coz they don't get in my way when I am working. I don't even wear a watch due to the same reason that it makes me very uncomfortable. I don't even wear a ring. My family is fine or maybe pretend they are fine with it, I don't care about their feelings coz my comfort for 8-10 hours at work matters for me. I am not a person who will wear to show in front of them and take it out later.

But def during festivals or if we are going to attend a function, I will wear jewelry and other stuff and maybe even chamkile dresses 😆.

I loved Sai's look in the beginning w her jeans and nice kurtas on top. it made her look like a 18 yr old ..even her night dresses are good I feel.

I totally understand what you mean..i think sindoor is soo cute when a woman puts it on (not married yet so maybe i think this way 😃) but i wouldnt wear bangles, sindoor and other chamkela stuff to work if I get married, I like dressing comfortably to work for so long...i think all that in functions and festivities looks cute instead of everyday wear...i guess bc its TV, they will make her wear or its normal for TV leads to deck up always as a married woman if they are married woman..
