Sai- Today

Am I the only one who didn't like Sai's attitude today? They are portraying her as some kid who needs to be told every 5 seconds to stay calm?

As for touching the feet of elders, on reception we don't touch the feet of every person coming to greet us rather only close family members.. If the father-in-law is telling to touch the feet of someone (although the smirk told clearly he was not doing it in a positive or expecting manner), it maybe because the person he is introducing you to is someone that close to him.. And why only Sai, generally the newlywed couple touches feet together..

I like her direct words and the way she is clear about what she wants and likes.. But the way they are showing her sometimes it comes out as plain rude..

The way she didn't let anyone talk bad about her dead father was commendable and is the way I want the character to progress..

I don't have a problem with Sai's attitude but Ashwini and Virat tend to over-exaggerate her hot-headedness. Yes, she is short tempered but she's not stupid. The grihapravesh day, she handled them all so well. Virat going on an on about her immaturity is ughhh.

I second you here. Sai is hot-headed, but she doesn't lose her temper for the heck of it, nor is she malicious by nature. I like Virat-Sai's banter on her hot-headedness, but the maturity jaap is very annoying. If she were immature, I really don't think she could have handled the people in his circus so smoothly.

As for Ashwini, this is all very new to her. She hasn't seen anyone talking back to Bhavani or Ninad in this manner. Now, thanks to Sai, even she has started finding her voice, but she doesn't want to push it. Though she is happy that Sai is right in tackling these people, she's not sure about how long Bhavani will take it. I think her concern is more Sai, unlike Virat, who wants to make her Pakhi 2.0

May be they thought controlling Sai is the best option and easiest thing to do than shutting Bhavani and her devars. 😆
