In her state of mind right now, I don't think she said it to manipulate her. She is clear from her side that she is going to leave Virat as she doesn't have any feelings for him.

About her promise to Virat, she clearly doesn't wanna come in between them, but it's Virat who is trying to impose a bond between her and Pakhi.

However, I wanna see how the makers try to play out these promises in the future... are they gonna end up as just words with no weight on them, or will they be the reason Sai and Virat can never acknowledge their feelings for each other?

Atleast we can expect Pakhi to be 'okay' now like Sai said. And as Pakhi said herself along with her parents, soon enough husband and wife end up coming closer anyways. I don't think Pakhi is going to be as big of a villian as we are imagining or making her out to be in the future (atleast I hope so)

Even I was like this when Sai said "main aapse vaada karti hoon." Now that Virat has been giving her gyaan on maturity, I hope Virat's "maturity" isn't rubbing off on her. Because, for Virat, maturity is giving vaadas for every situation.

All these vaadas/promises are bound to clash one day and maybe even cancel each other out lol like minus plus minus equals plus lol
