She has a reason why she even said that. Virat did hint to her that he is planning to propose her and he would want to make it special for her. So I guess, she had understood that he was about to propose her, not just a relationship, a lifelong commitment.

So after this track I will forget that Sai got Devi married, Virat had ousted Sai, Bhavani was an evil mom, Sai saw Virat and Pakhi together speaking about their past, Sai Virat's hug and almost kiss in their room, Pakhi witnessing it. I should mainly remember that they are dil ke acche 🤣 always so tat when Sairat are nice to them, I should feel proud of them 🤣🤣.

I think she can also sense her growing attraction towards him and how much ever strong front she puts up, it definitely hurts her everytime Virat stands up or supports Pakhi or talks to him. I think the outburst is a culmination of everything, and sairat were getting closer in the past two weeks, and seeing the way didi was screaming as if Virat dumped her recently just today types, just added on to it.
