Twinkle Bajpai on the 'fast' lane
Twinkle Bajpai aka Laxmi of Ghar Ki Laxmi Betiyann, was on liquid diet for a day as she actually observed a fast for a Karva Chauth scene in the show.
About the scene, Twinkle tells us, "Since it was a Karva Chauth sequence, I kept a real fast. As per the script I was supposed to look little a down energy wise. I realized it requires a lot of strength as I was only taking juices for the entire day and was all but down by the end of it. But the shot turned out to be a very nice one and everyone complimented me for it."

Was she specifically asked by to keep a fast? "No but I thought everyone from the cast has been doing something or the other to make their scenes in the show look authentic so this was my turn," she explains.
Asked about when she is planning to keep a real life Karva Chauth, Twinkle replies, "I do not want to get married so soon and I am not even hunting for a guy. But yes I can tell you that he should be simple and humble. He should not be short tempered as I am already one. So I need someone who will have a calming influence one me and who will respect me and my parents."
Meanwhile, there is a buzz that Twinkle is dating her co-actor Yuvraj Malhotra aka Karan.
