June 11th Written & Video Update

June 11th Update -

Garodia House-

Savitri and the girls are stunned at the decision of abortion. Savitri asks Surya, "You too don't see anything wrong in this? You want to give us even one more unhappiness. Why do you always want to give her only tears??" Surya says, "I know this is a difficult decision for any father to take. Which father wouldn't want to be a grandpa? But I have to take this decision with a heavy heart. I am her father, I would not want any bad on her, but now circumstances have made me take this decision. We don't have any other way. Think abt it, Saras's baby won't even have its father's name along with it. You be calm, we'll take the right decision and not do anything in haste." Menka hearing this is angry. Savitri is relieved a little. Baa says, "Surya is right, this decision will be taken only after a lot of thinking. Because this decision is not only going to affect the baby, but also Saras's future. So we will do anything after thinking." Menka is even more worried now. Surya tells, "Savitri, go to Saras... she needs u more now." And Savitri leaves.

Saras's Room -

Saras is crying and the sisters are calming her when Savitri walks in, but leaves seeing the sisters together.

Jail -

Bhav is sitting in the cell looking at Preeti's pic and talking to her like a madman. Dhara gets up and takes the pic out of this hand and tells, "Preeti, Preeti, Preeti! I am tired of that name. Haven't you learnt anything?? Cuz of this madness we are in jail today." Bhav orders Dhara to give the pic back. Dhara tells that its because of him that their family name is tarnished today. She tells, "Aren't you satisfied, after what you have done to our family? You have landed ur parents in jail." Bhav is not listening to anything she's saying and insists her to return the pic. So Dhara tells, "You know what, its all my fault. How cud I forget that you and Preeti are responsible on what happened?" But all this falls on deaf ears and Bhav urges her to return the pic. When she refuses, he finally stands up in anger and orders her to return it. Dhara says, "For the problem to be solved, I shud start with ripping the root itself." And she rips up the photo in front of his face and throws the bits on his face. Bhav is fuming. Nek seeing this is worried and gets up. Bhav grabs Dhara's neck and tells, "How dare you hurt my Preeti?? I'll kill you now" He pushes her towards the bars and begins to hurt her. Then when Nek comes to help, Bhav pushes him away to the wall, and he does the same to his mother. Then he goes over to her and chokes her. Nek screams out for help, but there doesn't seem to be any police in sight. Suddenly the police rush in and take Bhav away. Nek tells the police to keep him in another cell, they don't want to spend their punishment with him. And the police take Dhara and Nek away locking Bhav alone in the cell.

Garodia House-

Savitri enters Surya's room and Surya asks how Saras is. Savitri tells, " Ever since she's heard abt the abortion she's been doing nothing but crying. She's beared so much already, and we are the cause of her sorrows. Our one wrong decision destroyed her life. What did she get after marrying Bhav? Only sadness. Don't you think now its time Saras is given the right to make her own life's decisions? I beg of you, now she's begun to get some happiness in her life.. don't let that flow away in sorrows. She won't be able to bear this." Surya says, "Calm down Savitri, everything will be alright." And he wipes her tears away. Kajri sees this all through the window. She runs to Menka.

Main Room -

Kajri comes running and tells Menka, "Mummyji! Just now I saw badimaa talking to Bapuji and she has completely convinced him. Now Bapuji might agree for no abortion. I'm just worried for you, do something... or else your plan will get foiled."

Baa's Room -

Menka comes to Baa and stands worried and tells, "Baa, I'm worried abt Saras." Baa tells, "Yes me too, we are all worried abt Saras. I just hope we don't take any wrong decision in haste." Menka says, "I know this is a difficult time for her. But abortion is the only solution for her. Baa, Saras is like my daughter. I don't want this child to spoil her future. How can she take care of the child alone. Esp since its Bhav's child? I want Saras to get married again. But with this child, who will accept her? She's so young, how can she live all her life alone? What'll happen when we are all no more. She will be all alone in this world." Saying this she drags Baa to Saras's room.

Saras's Room -

Menka tells Saras, "I can understand ur sorrows, but if you don't get an abortion... it will make ur life more miserable. So come with me" Saying this she begins to drag Saras, despite of Saras telling her to stop. At the door, Laxmi blocks the way and tells, "Didi is not going anywhere. If didi doesn't want to go, why are u forcing her?" Baa scolds her for interfering into elder's matters. Laxmi tells, "I know my duties very well, today I am fulfilling a duty of a sister, not of a daughter. I am not going to allow you to take her." Menka pushes Laxmi and drags Saras away. Surya and Savitri all come there seeing the commotion. Saras keeps crying to let her go. Savitri comes ahead and tells them not to take her. Menka is hellbent on taking Saras and says, "The abortion is necessary for Saras's future. Since Saras can't take a decision, we olders have to take the decision." Baa agrees and tells that the abortion will be good for her. Saras keeps looking at her dad, but Surya is quiet and puzzled. Savitri tells, "You are a mother and you are talking like this??" Menka tells, "I know what I'm doing is right. This is for Saras's good, she will not be able to take care of the baby alone. This sorrow of her past will become the sorrow of her future too." So savitri tells, "A child is the most precious for a mother. All the difficulties in life will just move away, every mother knows how to take care of her child in the most difficult situations too." So Menka tells, "All these talks are very good to hear, but very difficult to actually live it." Saying this she pulls Saras... but Savitri says, "Stop! You cannot take Saras anywhere without her consent. She is the one who is going to take the decisions of her life, not anyone else." All are shocked hearing Savitri speak like this, esp Surya. Episode ends.
