I've made this a sticky because I think its a great topic. Actually this show brings to the fore so many contentious issues - lets liven up this forum a bit with some debate!

in yesterday's canadian episode where BAA was shouting at saraswati and gave her a big punishment, she kept on repeating that "they have done so much for the girls and have not at all treated them like the daughters in other people's houses..they also "tolerate" their mistakes and they have given them everything in life...

ok some of my comments on this scene..

1) first of all, the part where she said that she treated them so well that no other people do...= like wat the hellll? torture, being scared of even talking to their OWN father, looking at their mom's condition, shouting for every silly mistkae, no voice in family matters blah blah blah-/....wat is this? is this freedom? isnt this every1's RIGHT? y r they confined to themselves while the rest of their family nicely mingles around? even in the parties and stuff, take a look at the mother and her 4 daughters...they are ALWAYS STANDING ALL ALONE...it is better to live like in other families, rather than live under a roof where ur father is not ur OWN neither considers them like their OWN.

2) this is jus a repitition of laxmi's point...those sisters and baa are all females, and yet BAA acts like the MAN of the house...OH CMON...i know she is old and she needs to take decisions, but its like surya is following her..he looks like a coward...trust me if BAA and his whole ARMY isnt theree, he is a total "gud for nothing"...

and to conclude, there is a saying that always the "gud and the peaceful kind, taking all nonsense and obeying every1" type of people, get to suffer more than others..this is because other ppl take ADVANTAGE of them and give them more "TANAAS" jus because THEY LISTEN...imagine if we did the same thing to MENKA? she jus left the house jus because laxmi called her marraige illegal,...IMAGINE if she was savitri who had to hear the fact, "THAT HER HUBBY IS GONNA REMARRY BCAUSE MENKA IS NOT "WORTH" IT??"...she wud jus storm out of the bloody house and seeek court action!!! and who knows...she may even ask more a lump sum amt of ALIMOny WHEN SEEKING DIVORCE!!!!😆

yea...maaasi is a reallly gud character!...i kinda noticed that savitri is the "quiet type"...i mean, no wonder shez been putting up with all the insults and stufff...but one thing is for sure...thankgod menka's marraige is illegal..i mean, if ny problem comes up later on, she wont get nything much..since according to the law, shez not supposed to b getting married to another hubby !!!!HAHAHA! a totall WASTE OF HER LIFE!!..

btw, why do u guys think that yuvraj has been suddenly showed being evil?? i mean, he was a "gud" character and stuff...what do u guys think? why is yuvraj acting like this?...how come hez suddenly shown to steal from his own house? what problems mite the family face? OMG WHAT IS THE BLAME for HIS mistakes, comes on the sisters? OVERALL, why this change in character?!?...u guys can predict the future storyline...

I have doubts from the begining on Yuvraj..........they will show good things about girls and bad boy.

Its good tat they show yuvraj as evil, because surya needs to see tat the son hes soo proud of will never give him the time of the day and the girls he was soo bad to will take care of him. I hope surya gets paralsed or somethin, so he can see whos really there for him. I hope they do somethin new in the drama soon, coz i m tired of seein the injustice to the females

Me too. Time to move story along instead of the injustice part carrying on. And every day we see repetition of how girls are scared of talking to father coz father hates them and their mother. He dotes on a son who is selfish and worthless. Wonder how he will come to know the truth. By the way I wonder if Saraswathie will marry that other man or marry Kshitij.

someone needs to slap some sence into that baa. i mean think about it u old women, u urself are a women too, and then she also has two daughters, does she hate them nooo. so why all the hatred towards the four daughters, and she also doesnt like their mother a lot either. just because menaka gave birth to a son does not mean that she is ALL THAT. but any way, just wait and watch u old budhi, dekhna ke kiya gul khilata hai tumhara eklota waris mr yuvraj 😆, then she will get a taste of her own medicine.

I started to watch this show when it first started...but the writer has shown way too much injustice to Savitri and her girls....that I can't bear to watch it anymore...None of them have the courage to say not one thing to Baa and the father. Laxmi sometimes does and noone backs her up and she ends up apologizing....I stopped watching the show cause I got tired of Menka's stupid plans and laxmi constantly being sent to the room...I think they should create a character where atleast one of those women can staned up to Menka and make a fool of her each time she tried to do something and they should also knock some sense into the stupid Suryakant....he's shown as the WORST father ever.
