Who is to blame?

Who is to blame for the way women are treated....that is, boys being preferred, not having as much freedom etc? Is society to blame, the men or the women themselves?

I think its the society to blame who still thinks that women are not equal to men... this thinking is really backwards now 🤢 women are equal to men in every way and they shouldn't forget that because of us they are here... 😡

lol ur rite but not every society thinks that. montly asian societies gives more attention to boys. like in US theres no difference between girls and boys all r treated equally

Yes, but I guarantee you that even if an Indian family has been living in the states for over 30 years, they still have the same old mentality of prefering boys over girls. 95% of the families that I know feel that it is important to have at least 1 boy and I live in Canada.

I believe that women can everything and anything that man can do, but man can't do everything that women does. So women are superior.

I think Boys and girls both are equal and none are better then each other. 😉

i think society should be blamed because whenever a women gave a birth to a daughter they started saying ooh poor women she got a girl and the same thing happened to my cousin she got a baby girl and her mom started saying we wished we had a grandson and then my cousin sayed shut up to her mom. mothers really doesn,t care if they have a son or a daughter it,s just this society who convience them that girls are bad luck and boya are good luck. i hate this kind of rules that society made.
