All rush Baa to the hospital. She is taken to the OR while the family wait anxiously outside. The doc comes out and tells the family that baa is out of danger but is still unconscious. At home, Kaj and Ras are worried that if Baa survives then they will be in trouble. Kaj is adamant in getting her hands on the property at any cost. Ras then suggests a plan. Later at night, the family is waiting outside the ICU, all of them asleep. Kajri covers herself in a blanket and sneaks into Baa's room and tells an unconscious Baa that she will do anything to get the property and that includes killing her. She rolls her blanket into a bundle and is abt to choke her when Baa opens her eyes and Kaj stumbles on to a table on the side causing some noise and the family rushes in, but kaj manages to hide in time. All are glad to see Baa awake, but are confused when Baa asks for Surya.

The doc comes in and tells her to rest and gives her some sedatives. He then sends everyone outside. Later he talks to the family abt Baa's condition and tells them that due to the head injury Baa has suffered partial memory loss so she has forgotten all that has happened in the recent past, even Surya's death and so that's why they have to keep this a secret from her to save her life. Kaj overhears this and is very happy. Next day, Kaj tells Ras the good news abt Baa's memory loss and both are overjoyed. But they decide to work quickly b4 some other prob comes up. Later, the family gathers together to discuss how to hide Surya's death from Baa. Saras tells them that there is only one way and that is if Sav and Menka dress as suhagans again. Menka gets upset by Saras's suggestion, but Sav tells her that Saras is right and they have to do this to save Baa's life since it's their responsibility to take care of Baa. All agree and they decide to tell Baa that Surya is out of town on business. Later Sav goes to her room and in tears she puts on the sindoor.

Precap: Saras and Lax are in the hallway upstairs, when Saras notices the will papers tucked away near a table and she's confused seeing that.
