Guys think about it. Gautam is actually trying to unite Samman and Vans by the way he made Vans meet him. I think and then Gautam will visit Kakul house and find out how sweet, caring and different she is from Vans and fall in love with her making Samman jealous. And then Kakul won't stand Gautam falling in love with her which will make Gautam go negative.
Or Vans will start to distance herself from Gautam resulting him turning negative!
Or him and Kakul will pretend they like each other so that Samman and Vans will actually feel jealous!
