Arzoo Govitrikar bags a role in 'Tulsi'

Arzoo Govitrikar aka Vanshika of 'Ghar Ek Sapna' has bagged a role in the film 'Tulsi' that features Manisha Koirala and Irfaan Khan. "I am just waiting for the release of the 'Tulsi'," says an excited Arzoo.

Her Character…

"I play Priya (Manisha's friend). Manisha, whose husband has expired and she too will die soon. Thus, she's worried about her child. At this sequence, my character comes into play. Priya's husband is a doctor and they are not blessed with a child. While treating her they both decide to take care of the Manisha's child once the latter dies. This is the turning point in the story,"

Reason for taking this film…

"I have been doing negative roles and by taking this film, I want to tell people that I can act well. It's just that I'm trying my hands in films to change my negative image."

Ghar Ek Sapna…

"I play Vanshika - the lady love of Sanmaan (Ujjwal Rana), who is forcefully married to Kakul (Sayantani Ghosh). Though, Sanmaan loves Vanshika, but later accepts Kakul. Varun Badola will be posed opposite my character"

Why just one show?

"No time for any other show as I'm busy doing some fashion shows for NIIT and recently went to Ahmedabad for another show."

What's next?

"I have not planned anything as I am eagerly awaiting the release of my film.. I don't want to rush."
