A Big Favour for Me...

Hi! Hope all are ok and enjoying the show; I was wondering can you guys help me out please? I am looking to learn a new Bhajan to learn to sing at the Temple and found a beautiful one on website under "Devotional", it is under "Hindi" and is on album "Sanskar" by Sonu Nigam, it is the first one called "Hari Mere Ghar Ko". I have listened to it a few times but do not understand fully what is said in the Bhajan, please can someone give me the lyrics and english translation to this please?

I know it is a lot to ask for but please guys I really need your help! Thanks.
