what I feel bad in all this is Maan seems completely ignorant of what he has done to geet. Is he acting or pretending sing nothing happened in the past or does he really not care??

Back to the past….

Geet thinks about what happened then…

So, Maan hastily put up the marriage drama, but his family turned it into some kind of a show, trying to make amendments for their son’s stupidity….

They were trying to save their son’s honor? Beta, shadhi aaisa chup chupke nahi karthe, sab ke samne karthe hai…. Takhi kal duniyawale tujhpe ungli na uttaye…

Maan was actually not happy when he got the news of her pregnancy… he felt frustrated and angry….

This was not expected at all, it was a shocker for both Geet and Maan…

Just when Maan thought that he had silenced Geet, thereby putting an end to the problem, there came the baby as a side effect (?) of the problem….

Then the news about the baby and their dramatic marriage is broken to the men at KM…

No one had any clue about these two… .

The next week Geet was kept busy with Annie and Pinky staying 24*7 with her..

Maan’s orders…

There was a tsunami at KM the next two days and finally Dadi passed her judgement…

A simple reception was to be held the following week…

The Khuranas decided to make the already blossomed relationship public with a simple reception…

Jagdish is very angry that it’s all because of his wife’s family… He regrets marrying in the Handa family for all his family’s hardship… had he not married Kiran Handa, they would not have been put under pressure and face all the insults again and again like this….

From the moment he got the news of the baby, Maan had lost his mind completely and was only thinking about overcoming this huge hurdle somehow before leaving to the US…

That night they arranged a SR sorts of thing at KM…

Geet had to dress up for the occasion…

But Geet told Annie that she is already embarrassed and also thinks that it shouldn’t be happening….

Annie understood Geet and let her wear a simple salwar of her choice….

But the room was decorated by the decors and it looked like a filmy sequence…

Geet didn’t know what to do, She was very confused. Why did she agree for the reception?

Geet was scared about the future, her life was always like a ship sailing in a sequence of storms, the moment she wades through one of them and it starts to look calm another one was waiting right there…

It looked like an endless maze…

But Geet was determined to conquer that one too, after all she had all the experiences it takes to face adversities, haina?

Our sherni was ready for the next challenge, whatever it was, she wanted to keep her baby away from every possible misfortune…

She won’t let her baby get affected by what happened with her, she’ll be there like a shield for her baby come what may…

Maan was also not in a mood for this wedding night that is arranged for the family’s sake. Maan had a lot of things to think about, his main concern was the baby, what would he do? Is this the time for the baby? Maan wanted to be with Geet at such a time, but, he had to go abroad. He couldn’t stay back, but he didn’t want Geet to be left alone with the baby. This problem was getting out of his hands and his mind was occupied with finding a solution for that.

So, Maan came very late and by that time Geet was asleep…

Next day….

Geet woke up and found Maan packing…

Geet kept staring him… so, he was ready to go… Geet was scared about herself and the baby after Maan would leave…

Geet thought that she was the unfortunate one to grow up alone without family, but her baby too was going to be alone. Geet would be there, but what about the father?

Maan: Geet, what are you thinking about?

Geet: when are you leaving?

Maan: we are leaving this afternoon, hurry up and get your things packed

Geet was a little shocked, now where was he planning to take her?

Maan had found a temporary solution to shut Geet up by this wedding, but how could he leave Geet in this condition and go to the US?

Maan kept chanting that he couldn’t go to the US leaving Geet in that condition…

Maan had a week’s work in Mumbai..

He wanted to take Geet with him, he had very few days to spend with her and so everyone let Geet go with him..

Geet: where are you going?

Maan: Mumbai, I have some work there

Geet: why do you want me to come along?

Maan: why? Because you are my wife now and you are my responsibility now, I can’t leave you alone in this condition

Geet: but you will leave next month, then I will be alone

Geet was really terrified…

Maan: that’s why we are going to Mumbai, I have a solution for that, now, don’t waste time and get going

What was actually in his mind?

Geet was already having enough to worry about and Maan was making it more difficult for her….

Geet didn’t realize that the solution he was talking about was deadly and that her child was in danger, had she been a little more careful, she could have saved her child.
