Nice update. So they are family friends. Geet and Maan love each other. The Handas send Sameera proposal for Maan though the Khurrana family were not happy but due to their friendship they did not outrightly deny. They waited for Maan decision which was a no as he loved Geet.

surely with Maan rejecting Sameera , Geet's father will not be pleased

Maan said no already so what was the need to hide now? Geet's father may have proposed Sameera for Maan but if he knows about Geet and Maan, he should understand.

Is this the reason for geets dad to dislike him. But why. He should be happy he loves his daughter and likewise
