Fabulous Update

Though Dadima and Geet is cheating Maan

but I wonder will he agree to marriage instead of an Engagement

I liked that Geet eventually made it known to him she is unhappy

with him always giving excuses on their marriage

that Maan had to agree and get involved too

Maan realizes the Handa family has only seen him as a Khurana and nothing else

they have respected him none showed pity on him and this fact

increases his respect and likeliness for Geet and her family

Outstanding Update

Guest arrive at Khurana home and there Geet is given Shagun

when Maan arrives he is shocked as to what is happening

Geet tells Maan that its her Haldi but surely Maan must know

that it would be a lie

but great that he did not want to hurt Geet and puts Haldi on her too

I'm still thinking as to what will he do when he arrives next day at Handas

and see its his marriage

Dadima is happy to see Geet covered with haldi ..

Dadi: chalo haldi bhi shuru ho gayi

The Handas take leave…

Shamko mehendi aur sangeet ceremony hothi hai, at the Handa home…

Geet wants Maan to come, but he will start asking questions….

After the party is over, Geet goes out secretly, takes her bike and goes to see Maan herself…

She has to show the dark color of her mehendi to him right now…

She goes and calls Maan…

Geet: Maan, bahar aana

Maan: iss waqt?

Geet: mein yahan aapka intezar kar rahi hoon, neeche

Maan can’t believe it…

He runs down and is shocked…

Maan: itne raat ko tum akhele kyun aayi?

Geet: mujhe aapse milna tha

Maan: aaj subha hi milli thi, aur kal tak wait nahi kar sakti?

Geet: kya karoon Maan? Mujhse nahi hota ye intezar, ye dekho, kitna gehra rang aaya hai

She is so happy…

Maan looks at her hands… it’s beautiful…. But those intoxicating eyes are even more beautiful….

Maan keeps staring into them…

Geet: aap jaante ho ki mere haath ki mehendi ka rang itna gehra kaise aaya?

Maan is just need mesmerized… he just keeps admiring her…

Maan: chalo, mein tumme ghar chodke aatha hoon

Maan asks her to leave her bike and he takes her on his jeep…

Geet stands and enjoys the ride.. Maan would like to take her on a road trip just like this… but this is not the right time…

Maan drops her at her house… he is surprised to see it decorated like a wedding house…

Maan thinks that like Dadima said these people are very serious about the engagement…

Next morning at the Khurana house…

The horse is ready for the baraat…

Maan is confused… dadi already informed him that they are here for a lot more surprises… villages have been preserving the traditions strictly while the urban people have even reduced shadi into just a name sake ceremony…

Maan is doing this for Geet and he is ready to do anything to keep her happy… moreover he has already messed up with the early engagement function… this time it will become a disrespect for the Handa family and people will lose trust in their words for that… he can’t repeat that again… and it’s also about Geet’s honor…

How can he forget Geet coming in the darkness all alone on her bike the previous night just to meet him?

Geet is disappointed that Maan is not at all surprised by her visit….

Geet is nervous….

Suddenly a girl comes in opening the door….

A boy comes following her…

Boy: uncle app didi ke saath kya khel rahe ho?

Maan: ye badin ka khek hai, tum nahi samjhoge

The boy giggles ….

Boy: uncle ye aapki girl friend hai?

Geet is proud to say that…

The boy then approves their game….

Boy: Ruhi, come let’s go and play this new game

Geet starts laughing….

Maan catches hold of the boy and asks the girl to leave ..

The girl runs away….

Maan: you can’t do this

Boy: that’s my girlfriend,Iif you could play with your girlfriend then I could play with mine

Maan is shocked by the reply…

Geet couldn’t stop laughing…

Maan: what’s so funny?

Geet: aap ne usko kaisa khel sikhaya? Aap bahut bhure ho Maan

Maan: kya?

Maan catches her and pulls her closer….

Geet freezes….

Then they hear footsteps and Maan let’s her go…

Geet gets out of the room only to hear two oldies speaking….

Oldie1: suna tumne?

Oldie2: kya?

Oldie1: uska ek bacha bhi hai

Oldie2: kiska?

Oldie1: hare, tumne suna nahi ki jamaairaja ki dusri shadi hai ye

Oldie2: ohhhh mujhe toh bache ke barein mein patha nahi tha, toh uska bacha bhi hai

Oldie3 enters….

Oldie3: kiska bacha?

Geet interferes….

Geet: hmm, mera bacha, app ne suna hoga mere barein mein

The three look at Geet shocked…

Geet: yahi mera boyfriend hai, aur ek aur raaz suno

They look at each other…

Geet: woh bacha nahi, bachi, woh bachi meri hai, shadi ke pehle hi mein maa bangayi, Issiliye itne jaldhi jaldhi meri shadi ho rahi hai

The oldies run hearing that…

Maan just over hears the conversation….. .

He is overwhelmed with gratitude that he has met Geet and made the right decision to help her, warna aaj Geet Maan ki nahi hothi…

Maan ko lagtha hai ki Geet toh Maan ke liye hi bani hai…

Geet goes to her room… Raji comes and takes her to the mandap…

Maan is waiting for Geet….

He just keeps looking at her all the time with gratitude….

He couldn’t hide his emotions…

Panditji asks Maan to come forward, but Maan is lost in his Mishty…

Geet: Maan

Maan comes to his senses…

Geet: Maan, Panditji

Maan looks at the Panditji…

The panditji first asks them to start the ring ceremony…

Maan’s doubts are cleared… there is nothing to worry…

After they wear the rings, the panditji asks them to start the pehras immediately…

Maan is bewildered… Geet takes his hands and urges him to do it… .

Geet pleads with her eyes and Maan looks at everyone waiting for the pehra to start..

Maan completes the pehras and knows that he has been fooled… .

But he is not going to make a scene and embarrass Geet and her family…

Anyway he is not against this marriage, he just wanted to do it at a better time, but he doesn’t understand that the better times would come only after this marriage…

Maan wears the mangalsutra around her neck and completes the rituals by putting sindhoor on her forehead… now they are married according to the customs… they are husband and wife now…

But Maan is very angry with Geet… he can’t believe that Geet too doesn’t have faith in him just like others… that only hurts him a little…

Geet knows from looking at his eyes that he is not too happy with the happenings..

But Geet had no other option… this was the only way to enter his life and start sharing her responsibilities as a wife, as a mother to be more specific….

Maan patiently waits for all the rituals to end….

He doesn’t care about anything for the wedding is over, now the other things don’t matter….

Dadima has succeeded in her mission…. No one knows what this would mean for Maan…

Maan was trying his best to solve his existing problem and Dadima has added to his problems, made the existing one more complicated by doing him this favor??

But Maan is disappointed with Geet, he has firmly told her that he needs more time before he can marry her and she acted as if she understood him… but she is also selfish… she only thinks about her feelings…. No one cares to understand that Maan is not avoiding the wedding but there are certain things that he has to overcome before he could start over again…

Geet knows that Maan is a bit upset, but she thinks that he’ll understand her later…

Dulha is staying at the Dulhan’s place for the wedding night…

Dadi asked them to carry on with the other rituals too at the Handa home itself…

She wants her bahu to feel comfortable… or else she knows her potha would easily escape…

After all that hard work dadi wouldn’t want an anticlimax to her whole plan…

She wants them to be man and wife, in the true sense, and not just for the sake of it…

Thought as expected Maan hurt that Geet didn't trust Maan and Geet feeling he will hurt for some time but he will agree.

loved how Geet answered the oldies

Maan was indeed happy

of cos Maan is shocked and hurt seeing that he is marrying Geet

he feels Geet did not trust him

now everything is not going as he planned

but he should have told Geet about Tara's condition

what about Mansi?

Geet does not realise the extent to which she hurt Maan

Glad that maan did not do anything embarrassing and married her. But then he is upset with geet for not trusting him. He did not deny to marry her

he also refuses she truly considers manni as her own too Jarvis he going to don

Maan did not have much choice other than to get married. He realized it but didn't want to upset Geet or her family.

Geet handled those old gossiping ladies in her style. Now the tongues will be wagging even more.
