Maan decides not to interact with Geet

and sure this has to be difficult for him but now I'm

wondering why Geet's Nanaji does not speak to her

he has no idea that Geet just got married to neglect her marriage

and later go off to Dev

but I liked the concern her Nanaji had for both Maan and Geet

am tired with dis geet.........she is a waste case...........m not wasting time on her..............

Geet is angry with herself for what she has become, what has happened to her?

Geet can’t imagine that she would become so stupid that she would become jealous of seeing another girl with MSK..

Who is he? Or is she actually taking this wedding seriously?

This man has eventually turned her into a joke, yes, she has turned into this idiotic fool, like the bollywood heroine, forgetting her ambitions, forgetting her principles, and totally losing her logical reasoning… Geet has become an emotional mess, yearning for someone, she didn’t have this problem with Dev, it’s always Dev who is after her or who is desperate, but with Maan, she looks more desperate, what happened to her independence?

And this madness has crossed all limits, she is about to lose her self esteem and run after that MSK, she is ready to sacrifice her dreams and most importantly her pride as an independent woman?

No, it can’t happen, definitely not, she is already ashamed of herself for her behavior that day, why is she bothered about who he is with?

She has lost her respect and dignity that day, what would have Maan thought of her?

She had always maintained that she is not inferior to anyone, not even the MSK, and she knows that Maan respected her for that….

And she has built that image that she is different from the rest of the girls, she didn’t expect him to be lenient because she is a girl, and he never treated her as the weaker sex, but now she has proved to him that she too is a typical girl with all the weaknesses…

Yes, for Geet, falling in love with someone, being jealous, yearning for someone’s attention are all the traits of the weak people…

Geet decides to stay away from Maan to avoid further damage to her image and save her self esteem….

She should be concentrating on her work only, yes, MSK is the best boss she could get, yes he has always backed her, but that’s because she is his employee, that’s how you make your employees give their full potential… and she doesn’t need any boss, she is now capable of being her own boss… haina?

Geet, take charge of your life before someone else does, you don’t need anyone, you are a one woman army, don’t forget that, you don’t need a Dev or a Maan, it’s your life, it’s your dreams, it’s all your responsibility, forget about everyone else…

Its just very easy Geet, just ignore that MSK just like he is ignoring you…. Haina?

Later in the evening… Geet is in her room at Beas…

Someone knocks… nanaji never comes up because of his knee problems…

Geet goes and opens the door…

It’s the servant with some bags. .

Servant: nanaji ne iss samaan ko kamrein mein rakhne ko kaha hai

Geet is confused… it’s not her bags… what’s in these?

Geet: yahi rakhdijiye

She asks him to keep it outside itself….

She then goes down to ask nanaji about it…

She is shocked to see Maan sitting with Nanaji in the verandah….

She pauses seeing him…

He is sitting with his back towards her…

Nanaji sees Geet….

Nanaji: Geet, tumne kyun nahi bathaya ki damadji aaye hai

Nanaji thinks they would have met at the site itself… Maan was just telling about his early visits to the site…

Maan shows no interest in turning back or looking at her…

Nanaji: Geet, damadji ko andar lekhe jao aur kuch kilao pilao, patha nahi channi(the cook) ne kya banaya? Humme pehle hi patha chaltha toh sara interzam kar the

Geet goes to the kitchen without even looking at Maan…

Channi has made kadi chawal for dinner.. she usually cooks dinner earlier itself and leaves…

Geet would be too tired after the days work and so nanaji asks channi to prepare everything, she even makes the parathas and leaves them ready on the table… but today no parathas….

Maan lunch mein bhi rice nahi katha… .and he has an aversion for curd…

Nanaji: aap tv dekho, mein abhi aatha hoon

Nanaji rushes to the kitchen…

He is disappointed looking at the kadi chawal…

Ab damadji ko kya khilayenge?

Nanaji: puthar, damadji ko kya pasand hai? Tum jaldhi kuch banao

Geet stands there still confused… what’s going on? Why is he here? Does he really care about her? Did he come to see her?

Nanaji: puthar, puthar

Geet comes out of her thoughts…

Geet: haan nanaji

Nanaji: aaj tummari nani hothi toh damadji ko kitne kushi kushi sab kuch khathi?

Geet feels bad for nanaji… he misses nani so much…

Geet: aap bolo, aap ko kya chahiye? Mein banake dethi hoon

Nanaji: hare, puthar, pehle mehmaan ko khilao, tumme toh patha hona chahiye ki damadji kya kathe hai

Geet knows that Maan won’t touch what’s on the table…

Usko pasta, sandwiches and salads pasand hai…

Par woh sab yahan nahi milta….

She is then reminded of the instant upma they had in Mumbai…

She had seen how that aunty made it… it’s very easy and gets ready in a few minutes…

Maan ko pasand aaya ya nahi, Geet ko bahut pasand hai…

Sooji toh hai hi, aur kuch khas nahi chahiye upma banane ke liye…

She quickly makes the upma . It’s super delicious… she finishes with a dollop of desi ghee…

The aroma itself makes you hungry…

Nanaji can’t wait to taste it…

Nanaji invites Maan first… they eat together…

Nanaji is happy that Geet made something specially for Maan, that must be his favourite…

Nanaji: ye kya hai puthar? Tummari nani ne aaisa kuch kabhi nahi banaya

Geet: ye, upma hai nanaji

Maan skipped lunch as he didn’t feel like eating… Geet too is hungry…

There is complete silence as they savour the humble upma like some royal treat…

After dinner…

Nanaji: humne aaj kuch zyada hi kha liya hai, Geet ka kitchdi toh bahut swadhist thi, haina damadji?

Maan: ji, bahut achchi bani thi

Nanaji: hum sone jaathe hai, puthar tum damadji ko upar lekhe jana

Geet waits for nanaji to leave while nanaji is not going anywhere unless he sees them go to their room…

Nanaji: aap jayiye, bahut tak gaye honge, Geeeeet

Geet walks as Maan follows her…

Nanaji keeps watching them till they disappear from his sight…

Geet goes inside her room without waiting for Maan..

Maan is not surprised to see his belongings outside the room… he stops at the door itself…

So the one woman army is self contemplating......, but she hasn’t realized that every army needs support ...., someone that has their back & she will never find anyone else as supportive as maan . Dev can never compare

When will she realize that he will not interfere with her dreams but only help her ??

Thank goodness nanaji is trying to help

This is getting crazier and crazier.

Both are not sitting down and talking what they plan to do. They are just winging as they are going. Doing things for others happiness not theirs
