Adi and party are waiting to welcome their boss back to KC after mariage....
Adi: Pinky, tumme kya lagtha? Maan sir aaj 9'o clock aa jayenge hamesha ki tarah?
Pinky giggles.....: aaj pacca late hi aayenge
Adi: nahi nahi, MSK is never late for office
Pinky: lekhin ab woh bachelor nahi hai, ab unki mann marzi nahi chalegi
Romeo: achcha hua Maan sir ki shadhi ho gayi
Tasha: tum itna kush kyun hothe ho?
Romeo: mein toh jeet gaya na, lao mere 1000
Tasha: haan haan dethi hoon
Romeo: par mein toh issiliye kush hoon kyunki ab Maan sir ko bhi patha chal jayega ki shadhi shuda mard ki takleef, ab woh hummare late hone ke wajhe nahi poochenge aur na hi gussa karenge
Tasha: woh koi road side Romeo nahi tummare tarah, woh MSK hai, woh shadhi se nahi badlenge, tum dekhthe raho, woh sharp 9'o clock yahan honge

Maan is in no mood to celebrate....
There was a little problem among the sight workers and they have been threating to go on a strike....
Already the work of the on going projects are delayed due to the marriage holidays....
Now this is the last thing that Maan wants.....
If there is any further delay it would affect the finish of the projects...
Maan doesn't want that to happen at any cost....
Maan is even ready to go to the sight itself and talk to the workers but the work should go on as usual....
Maan saw a few union leders standing at the gate and shouting when he entered....
Maan is pissed off and he calls Adi to his cabin asaP.....
Adi is scared.... He knows Maan doesn't encourage any indiscpline in the company....
But it's the few new employees that are creting the problem....
They feel that they are over worked for very less salary....
It's just the greed of a couple of lazy men who just want to show their power to the management every now and then....
It's the first time at KC and Maan wants to put an end to it in a manner that it never happens again....
Adi: goo goo good morning sir
Maan; Adi, woh log kaun hai?
Adi: ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, sir, woh log hummare Gurgoan wale sight mein kaam karthe hai
Maan: mujhe nahi lagtha woh log kabhi kaam karthe bhi hai
Adi: ji sir, you are absolutely right, they just won't work themselves and on top of that try to stop others too from working
Maan: who employed them?
Adi: they came thru a contractor sir
Maan: then who are they to protest against us?
Adi: it's not them sir, they are staying behind and manipulating our workers sir
Maan: Panday ji ko bhulao
Panday ji is the KC workers' representative....
Adi calls Pandey ji.... He is at the site and would come in a couple of hours...
Maan just can't sit and wait for things to happen....
Maan decides to go and confront the so called rebel leaders himself...
Maan calls Adi....
Maan: Adi, kitne log hai neeche?
Adi: the mob is getting bigger and bigger sir, there should be more than a hundred
Maan: there has never been such an incident in KC's history, how could this happen?
Adi: sir, I think these people are problem creators, they do this everywhere they go, I really don't know how it all came to our KC
Maan: call the contractor
Adi calls their usual labour contractor....
Adi: Suman ji, ye aap ke log aaise kaise kar sakthe?
Suman: kya hua hai Adi?
Adi: aap ko kuch bhi patha nahi?
Maan gets angry as time is running out....
Maan: give the phone to me
Adi: Maan sir baat kar rahe hai
Maan snatches the phone even before Adi could complete the sentence
Maan: what's all this Mr.Suman?
Suman: I really don't know what it is Maan ji
Maan: your people are creating havoc at my office, how dare they do this at my place, ask them to leave my office at once, or I have to call the police
Suman: hummare log aaise kuch nahi karenge, ek minute mein unse baat karke aapko call kartha hoon
Maan is losing his temper....
Maan waits for that Suman to call...
He keeps asking Adi is that man called for Suman has only got Adi's number...
Adi is also trying to contact him but his mobile is busy...
He must be talking to his men...
Time is running and half the day's work has gone waste, Maan wants to settle this before the next shift at least....
Maan is getting restless....
He gets a call from an unknown number....
He just cuts the call....
But that person keeps calling him repeatedly....
Maan picks up the call and blasts the caller left and right....
The other side is silent and doesn't speak now....
Maan cuts the call.....
