So poor sia does know the truth but it is too painful for her to accept & she wants to commit suicide & she bumped into maan.

She is in denial & shock , it was too much for any mother to endure. She believes maan is yash.

Maan is just trying to help. I think maan will finally get the mother's love that he is craving.
