It happens and then you know what I feel to stop giving passwords to all and write for myself and I did that too

I have stories written on my blog that are having passwords.

Believe me a small group of responsive readers is good than having a chunk of non responsive ones.

Remember one thing ... Writing isn't a burden ... you are writing for ur own satisfaction and there is no issue if u want to share with few people instead of all and openly...

Whatever way you choose to share ur story ... but you should be satisfied... don't forget people ask money for books ... here everything is free ... so there is no groor n proud if u want to share with selective readers... just be little bit soft... just don't remove someone if they weren't able to comment in last 2-3 parts... sometimes personal issues occur...

Even writers know that sometimes people are unable to comment
