3 years later..

Life was not smooth for Prem and Geetanjali. Though theirs was a love marriage, everything started to fall apart.Little misunderstandings and ego problems have created drift in the marriage life.Prem started to involve himself in his business to avoid problem..in all this Geetanjali was left alone.She started to miss her dearest friend Maan. She didn't have anyone to share her thoughts and feelings..and with Prem fully immersed in business, she felt lonely.All she would do was to sit and remember their college life where she and Maan had lived a blissful life.She used to turn the pages of the album which had her and Maan's pictures. With only his memories she lived.

With various business tours ahead Prem left abroad. He know what he is doing was wrong.But when he is with Geetanjali,in one way or the other they end up fighting and at the end both get immensely hurt.So to avoid it,he gave her space.But his love for her never reduced. He always loved,and will love only his Geetanjali.

It was just another day Prem returned home after a business trip.He was calling for her but she never replied. This angered him. After nearly one month he is returning home but she didn't show any excitement .She was just sitting before TV and watching it.She just gave him a look and this enraged him more.An argument started between both and Geetanjali was hurting him with her words.

"Why are you accusing me Geetanjali,what did I do?Its you who have changed.Har baath pe gussa..har baath pe jadga..tak chukka hoon mai,said Prem.

"Wah!Mr.Prem Chropa,now whatever happened in our life,I am responsible for it? Its you..its you Prem.You have left me alone..all you care is for your business.Did you remember when you happily talked to me..or did you hear out any of my opinion or feelings...Agar Maan, but she was cut by Prem's voice...

"Stop it Geetanjali!!!! Maan!Maan!Maan!Main Prem hoon ..Maan nahi. Stop searching Maan in me Geetanjali...Main Maan nahi hoon.If you love him then just leave me and go back to him Geetanjali. Why are you spoiling yours and my life...just go back to him,said enraged Prem.

"I don't want to spoil his life Prem.He might have married by now..I don't want to break his family..I love him but for my love I can't spoil his life,said Geetanjali in a daze.

Prem was shocked beyond anything. He just said to leave him and go to Maan in anger..but never ever thought His Geetanjali will fall in love with Maan. He just thought she is missing her best friend..but never knew when her friendship turned into love. He was shattered. All he wished was this to a nightmare and he will wake up from it soon..But it was the biggest reality of their life.

Geetanjlai realised what she said and she started to fall on her knees and cry."I am sorry Prem..I don't know when I started to love Maan.I know its a sin to fall in love after my marriage with you.But I couldn't stop myself Prem.I am really sorry, saying this she just rushed to the kitchen and took knife and was about to cut her wrist, but at the nick of the time Prem caught hold of the knife and stopped her.

"Pagal ho gayi hai kya?How can you think of doing this Geetanjali...saying this he hugged her close to him.The fear of losing her was almost making him freeze.He wants just her happiness. Always he kept only her wishes as his priority. And this time too..If she loved Maan..he will let her go.He will not hold her back. At least one should be happy..and he decided to give her the happiness that she longed for..he will let her go to her Maan. With determination he told his decision but Geetanjali denied. She was afraid to confess her love for her best friend. What if he rejected or what if he broke their friendship. She doesn't want that to happen. She was afraid to lose her friendship with Maan. She voiced out her fears to Prem.

Prem smiled bitterly and said,"I don't know if its destiny's game or fate Geetanjali...kya bolu main. Maan loved you Geetanjali..yeh aaj ki baath nahi..3 saal purani ki baath hai.That day when we confessed our love..I came to know that he loved you.Thats why he left the college the next day,said Prem.

Geetanjali was shocked.Her Maan loved her..and she couldn't find of that.She cried over her fate.Prem just hugged her and said,"Lets meet him Geetanjali..don't know what might have happened in this 3 years..but what if he is also waiting for you?...lets meet him once.All I want is your happiness Geetanjali,said Prem. Geetanjali don't know what to tell...but she was deeply moved by Prem's words.Anyone in Prem's place would have killed his wife for loving another man. But here Prem..letting her go to the man she loved though he loved her.All he cared was about her.Geetanjali was happy to get such persons in her life who love her.

So it was decided that next day they would leave for Delhi and meet Maan. And they did catch the next flight to Delhi and were standing at the door of KM.They where about to enter when they heard Maan's voice.

"Where is she Dadima?Why did she leave me and go? Dadima I love my Geet dadima...I cannot live without her now.Please ask her to come back Dadima..I cannot imagine my life without her.,Maan was kneeling down and crying and the Khuranas stood and saw him in a broken condition.

"Now what is the use of crying Maan?Did you ever tell your love for her in these years you were all quite then.Its because of you that today she is not with you,said Daidma.

"You are right Dadima. Mistake was mine...all mine,said a crying Maan.

Geetanjali and Prem was standing at the doorstep and witnessing all this.No one in KM noticed them as their focus was only on Maan.

Few Hours back...

It was again 14^th February..Valentine's Day. Maan was eagerly waiting to get home and so he was driving his car little faster. In this 3 years many changes had happened in Maan's life.The average boy looks were gone. Now girls were ready to throw themselves at him.All thanks to his gym and tai cai training..he got a Greek God physic. The clean shaven face was gone...his perfectly trimmed stubble gave an arrogant and hotter look. From his attitude to his appearance everthing had changed. After that fateful day in his life 3 years back...he came to Delhi and joined his family business with his brother. None in his family knew what happened in the college and why he came back in between the last semester. He never disclosed about his Lost Love to dadima or his brother.He turned more arrogant and his attitude was immeasurable. But to his family he just masked a happy-wala-guy face. But they could see the changes in him.

The Khurana brothers with their hard work brought their construction company to top most. With the arrival of a junior Khurana(Maan's nephew) the happiness in the home doubled.

Another big change happened in his life.The change which he considered as a burden first turned into a best gift of his life which he took time to realize.But he was happy that he realized it now.A precious gift whom he ignored first.The angel who came into his life and changed his dark world into a colourful one. His wife..who knew all his past, who stood by him in his toughest time, who lend him shoulder when he cried, the only person in his family to know about his Love that he Lost...She accepted him as he is and changed him for good.

He became Maan Singh Khurana, the business tycoon, from the man who was not able a take a decision of his own.His wife made him,what he is today. He realised his love for her slowly...and when he fell hard..he waited for a right time to tell her that he loved her.On their wedding day he said that he needs time to move one due to his past. She gladly gave him the time he needed. Their relation started with little friendship, understanding each other's feelings..and both started liking each other's company.He was happy that she had accepted him with him past. It was almost 1 and a half years of their marriage.And on this valentine's day he planned to tell his wife that how much he loved her. And he planned a surprise for her too...😉

With all his thoughts covered by his lovely wife..he forget the hurtful memory of his Lost Love.All he dreamt was a happy future to his lovely wife...Though sometimes Geetanjali's face would pop up in his mind..nowadays it was always accompanied with Prem in the frame too.Time is a great healer..and it healed Maan's broken heart too.His wife mended his broken heart with her selfless love.And with his wife by his side,all he could think of Geetanjali is as his best friend now.Nothing more or nothing less.He had given his heart to his wife.Now she is the one who is ruling his heart.

When he entered KM,he saw Dadima playing Maan's 1 year old nephew Aarav.He could see his Bhaiya and Bhabhi ready to go out.

But his eyes were searching for his wife.Dadima and others could see clearly that he was searching his wife.Dadima cleared her throat and Maan attention turned towards her.She took a letter and handed it to Maan.Maan got and started reading it.He was shocked reading the contents of the letter.

Dear Maan,

I love you Maan.I love you with all my heart.All I wanted is your happiness.I think some where I lacked in giving you the happiness and love you desired.In this 1 and half years of our marriage,many times I have confessed that I have loved you.But all the time I got just your smile as a reply.And that time my heart breaks Maan.You have never ever confessed your love for me...So I got the reply from your smile..that you don't love me.I don't want to tie you in this loveless relationship Maan..So I am leaving you!Good Bye!Take Care!

Dadima was keenly watching Maan while he was reading the letter.She could see his face becoming sad and this is what exactly she is waiting for...to make Maan realize his love for his wife.Little did she know that he had already fallen for her...and was home only to confess his love for her.On the other hand Maan was completely blank. "I love you Geet!!!Your Maan loves you.Please waapas aa ja..Please,said Maan crying bitterly.

Geetanjali couldn't stop herself hearing her. Geetanjali thought that Maan was crying for her.She was about to enter when she saw a lady coming and hugging Maan.And next what she heard made her paralyzed.

"I didn't leave you Maan.Your Geet will be always with you.I love you Maan. Will always Love You!!,said the lady who was none other than his WIFE, Geet Maan Singh Khurana.

Maan immediately stood up and hugged her.

While Prem caught hold of the shocked Geetanjali.
