I have watched the video clips and wah what an insensitive jerk that woman was.

And i seethed when the other guy said shut up. Seriously, shutting up a lady is gentlemanly?

Argh, I recently had a huge argument with a colleague/best friend, when he was surprised I am good at math.

"But you're a girl" he said and the rest as you know, is history.

Men, even the best of your friends, even with the best of intentions are insensitive pigs sometimes.

oh..confused guy he is, Maan, his mind thinks it be cordial friendly dinner when his heart whispers for a date..he reaches there before in time and then he tames down the eagerness in him by joining late.

a well balanced part with both the scenarios,

Why the girl wants to take a share from the guy's plate when he does not want to, making him more uncomfortable and then she leaves without even informing him, that was more than rude. he was left for the embarrassment and to pay the bill as well.

so Dadi's constant nagging triggers him up to go opposing it and so does it to her his generalized opinion about women.

I do not see any issue paying it turn by turn way, only if Maan could have said it in a real gentleman like way. I think Geet too would have agreed it.

But, then he just ruined it by shutting her up. Geet has taken it in a more understanding way and at the same time made him feel their friendship more distanced by asking to split the bill. He is now left with the awkward feeling of bearing consequences of the impending silent treatment from her..serves him right.
