Maan- well I think you misunderstood his abilities a bit. He is 24 and soon would be 25 I guess he is still in the shaping up process. Business yeah he is a good business man because he is very intelligent but that doesn't mean he would be good with reading girls emotions too.
And moreover he only cares about Geet. His utmost priority has always been Geet. So why would he even spend one second thinking about Sameera or her irrational behavior around him? He is just worried about her current state as a good friend.

Also why didn't Maan take her confession seriously that has a reason. Would be revealed later!
