PROLOGUE


With This Taveez ..


The night had just arrived; the sun dipping in the sky, casting its last golden aura to the five star intercontinental by the beach. As the sky bathed in its last gold, it covered itself in the inky wrap of the night adorned by tiny stars.

She stood and watched it for a moment as the auto dropped her off.

The building in front of her was huge. For a moment she was disconcerted by its size as she raised her eyes, holding her head back to look at the amazing architecture from the base to the impressive glass penthouse.

Turning her trepadition to one side she fisted her dupatta in her hands, pulling forth all her bravery from within.

She could do this.

Yes you can Geet, she told herself.


From hooded lids he watched her.

On a stack of holy books he would swear that he was not waiting for her.

No, he never allowed himself to waver that much.

It did nothing to dampen the raging expectations that he tamped down quickly.

Fools and authors always lived on hope.

Maan Singh Khurana was neither.


A/N: It's been a long time since I wrote but here is something for someone I love dearly and could not deny her wish.

Kind off rusty, how was it?

Nice one AVI... Just a blink of characters I suppose with an interesting presentation. How are they going to be related and how will the story progresses surely will be interesting as I read ur other stories also. Will be waiting...
