This is an unexpected sad twist.geet has lung cancer.but usually lung cancer is caused by smoking. Why did geet get it?poor geet.maan suppressing his pain and consoling geet who is unaware of this is so emotional

😲 I'm shocked Geet have lungs cancer, Maan is so sad thinking and crying about his Geet and for her treatment which might be very costly, how will he managed now

What a tragedy. Just when they were finding happiness tragedy befalls. How is Maan going to manage everything. Has to forget his dreams for sometime. But I am sure they will get through.
