the feeling of being lonely where even ones close ones, the parents are not there in reach or to support is miserable..Geet felt that dejection for a moment, but her family was there to meet her in person, and she was back to normalcy for a while cribbing like her old self to her father and brother..
I like the way Brij and her brothers are always there rolling up their sleeves to do anything that will bring smile on her face and to protect her.
she wanted to go back for Darji..but Maan protested, may not be completely selfish, but a little bit selfish act for his Dadima sake, though he assessed the situation of Darji's health..and Geet too affirmed it for his request.
I think the act in front of her family was not a complete pretense..he is moving forward towards Geet and their marriage.

did I read it correctly..Is Geet Vicky's love or he is talking about someone else..😲
if it is Geet, then that would be a shocking but interesting twist, making all the relations much more complicated.

Maan and Sameera..that was a touching part...their relation is neither superficial or shallow.. something unnamed, may or may not be love at least not love for Sameera, but they were partner in the crime or say in alcohol...emotionally being dependent on each other.
she wanted someone with her in her distressed state and counted on Maan for that..he was there to take care of her..and he did it again after parting away.
letting go of it and saying a goodbye is really difficult.

and although it was between Maan and Sameera, but it was quite an emotional update..very well written..beautiful update.

Maan is scaring her to the level, that she is keeping distance from him which is irking him further..
and definitely he is not liking her closeness to Vicky..which is good ;)
another good thing is she has cleared it in the beginning that she would be there for Dadi's sake..Maan's reactions to it was great to read.
while Vicky has been much supportive to Geet like a brother or friend, his love interest still remains a mystery.

I read all parts of this story now...

it is a very interesting story...

Handa family is cursed by a mother and after so many generation Geet is born to live that curse...

Maan is in love with Sameera but forced to marry Geet...he rejected her but after daadi hospitalized he agreed to accept Geet...but Geet is not willing to compromise with the man who loves somebody else and forced to abide by the relation with her...

in last part I don't understand why Maan is angry...whatever he is suffering or in dilemma between his love and Daadi's demand Geet has no fault in all this...she never knew what Maan wants or what Daadi wants...what does he expect from a girl who is mercilessly rejected on her first day of marriage that she will happily came back running in his arms thanking him to accept her...

I am very happy to see this strong Geet who is ready to fight for her dignity...being cocooned from harsh realities of world and not allowed to go out of the house without bodyguard brothers I expected Geet to be docile and submitting but this Geet surprised me by her fiercy side...

but whatever story is I want them together in the end...I don't want Geet to die of curse...if Handa forefathers did wrong to a woman then the mother who cursed unknown girl who didn't even took birth is also wrong...punishing a innocent girl is wrong...so that curse can make its effect to some extent but I think it should not have such great effect to take Geet's life...
