The Myth

The test of a true myth is that each time u return to it , new insights and interpretations arise.

A saying Or belief Or fact Or superstition Or Myth ... these words play an important part in ppl's life ,, many blindly believe or live their lives on some belief nd myths ,, from d time of d bith of a child to till his/her end some belief never left them ,, those ppl trust a priest who himself a human being nd it's also said that human is a bundle of mistakes ,, then how cn a priest be trusted blindly ? Does a priest's words r more important than an innocent child ? If yes then where is humanity , love , care nd family bonding ? Where r relations nd their warmth ? Where is Truth nd Reality ?

Daimaa: Geet beta , why r u so quiet ? take it a part of life .

Geet coldly: is this so simple to take it easy Daijaan?

Daimaa : it's not hard too beta ,, there is nothing wrong in this ,, it's God's wish who blessed u with d most beautiful relation, nd we have to respect his wish .

Geet: why God nd his ppl only playing with me , not with others ?

Geet looked at Daimaa : don't think so low for me that i'll think like them,, I m not selfish like them ,, trust in ur upbringing Daijaan , but don't think that i'll bent down like before ,, that time u requested me to do that nd u saw what I got at d name of good future ?

Kabir : Geet , I m happy u r thinking +ive ,, I m proud of u nd I m always with u as a father figure , I cn adope u without giving a 2^nd thought,, I'll be d happiest person having a daughter like u .

Geet smiled : thanks uncle ,, I m thankful for everything which u r doing for us ,, it's a gr8 help ,, we r so happy to have u beside us .

Kabir : it's for my happiness too , but beta we have to meet ur admine staff ,, u have to be there nd u'll face d ppl there ,, they cn assume wrong for u so better we shared with d authority ,, it'll be helpful for u .

Geet thought for few sec nd then nodded in a yes ,, nobody knew that she was married so better to clear d things .

Daimaa nd Kabir took a sigh of relief nd smiled ,, all lives wr going to change nd they have to be ready for new life ,, but Geet had some other plans ,, her mind was thinking diff ,, this news not only giving her new responsibilities , support , a new relation nd a motive but a way to teach all a lesson ,, now time comes to face Geetika singh .

Next dayKabir nd Daimaa went early in college to meet with HOD nd with other proff ,, Kabir gave his intro as Geet's local guardien in Canada ,, he disclose d fact ,, they asked why she didn't mentionher marriage status in her profile then Kabir said that if d person rejected d relation d next day then what is d use of mentioning that ,, that marriage in doesn't matter here ,, that was not legally registered ,, all was mutual nd between d family , so she didn't mention end she cn be a single mother, if there was any hitch then he cd adope her here legally , talking on few possibilities Kabir was succeded in convincing d authority ,, they too felt bad for Geet nd assured her to give all their support ,, satisfied Geet went for her classes nd Kabir to drop Daimaa nd then to hsptl ,, his life was also changing every day after meeting geet nd farida , but he was happy with this change .

Geet mentally prepared herself to face d ppl with d truth without disclosing d main name ,, days started passing on normal pace ,, daimaa nd kabir taking good care of geet nd trying to keep her happy nd healthy , but they didn't know that d reason of her pain was roaming infront of her eyes with his ladylove which burned her alive ,, sometime she felt to come forward to hit them hard when she saw them roaming circling arms in their waiste ,, now aal d students nd Geet knew that both r in live in relationship ,, this reality hit Geet hard nd her anger nd hate increased many folds for him ,, sometime she saw them in their balcony too close nd romancing .

On d other side Maan nd Sam started part time job after classes ,, both went to diff place , reached home late eve tired ,, both wr trying to cop-up with d new busy life where they r getting less time to spent together ,, aftet coming home they had to catch -up with their study too then slept tired ,, d fun of life which they had after coming here was slipping ,, Maan tried to talk Dev but his curt reply that he had to talk 1^st with Dad hurt him ,, then one nyt he called DM who was angry but asked about his wellbeing nd then said to talk his dad bcoz it was Yash order not to talk with him ,, now there was no option for him nd he had to talk his dad ,, for this he need courage to reply their QS ,, month passed nd he nd sam got lil reliefe that they got some money which cd help them but what'll they do when they had to deposite d next semester fees for both .

A month passed nd Geet completed her 1^st trimester ,, Kabir dropped her every mrng at college gate nd then went to his hsptl ,, after classes Geet went home by bus ,, her baby bump was not visible so truth was wrapped till now , but one afternoon when Geet was walking she felt dizziness nd trembled holding her head ,, Maan nd sam with few more students wr coming back ,, Geet at once moved to take d support of wall ,, her bag dropped down from her hand , few students who wr behind her noticed nd rushed for her help , Maan was also with them ,, a student held Geet from shoulders .

ST: hey , what happened to u ,, r u OK ?

Geet tried to compose but her eyes wr dropping : aammm,, no o o feeling some dizziness .

Maan patted her cheek to make her open her eyes : hey Geet , open ur eyes ,, whats wrong ? I think u need med help ,come we'll take u .

Geet opened her dropping eyes but seeing Maan there nd his GF at his side clouded her mind with anger ,, she snapped his hand angrily .

Geet: don't touch me with ur filthy hands ,, stay away ,, I don't want ur help .

It was unexpected for Maan nd insulted too ,, he stood rooted there ,, other students nd Sam too looked at Geet nd Maan shocked with this angered gesture of Geet ,, Geet held other student's hand nd took her bag nd mumbled .

Geet: u plzz make me sit there on stairs ,, i'll be fine in few min .

ST: OK , come nd give me ur bag ,, I cn take u in med room .

Geet: no , thanks it's OK ,, i'll be fine soon .

ST: sure ,, come nd sit here .

He made her sit in near by stairs ,, Geet took out a juice bottle from bag nd sipped ,, d students nd one more who followed them watching her with concern .

ST: feeling better or want to go M I room ?

Geet: lil better ,, thanks a lot.

There Maan was watching her moving with other students nd thinking that she didn't say them anything then why she snapped him like this ? Why she behaved so rude to him ,, he was feeling insulted nd even sam too .

Sam: how rude she is ? nonesense , come Maan let her suffer , why r u wasting ur energy , we r getting late to go ,, come ,, there r many to help her, why we bother ?

Sam held Maan's hand nd dragged him with her outside ,, Maan was still in thoughts ,, Geet's rude words wr hitting him ,, he was not getting that why she had snapped him not others ? Why she used those hateful words for him while she was taking help with others ? He was an Ind like her then why this hate for him ? He nd sam went to their job but Geet's behaviour nd words wr disturbing him again nd again ,, this was d 1^st time that someone insulted him like that openly nd his ego was not able to digest that .

Peeping ... Maan's doubt ,, Maan talked to his dad ...
