PART 3

The same night at the party!

While maan was sitting on the bar having his drink his gaze fell on the dance floor. He noticed his sister dancing with a guy and a lady. He knew the guy as he saw him many a times in college and moreover he was the same guy he selected few days back for college's football team and havn't yet got introduced personally and then he moved his gaze to the lady in a beautiful purple gown but he couldn't see her face as she was facing her back. He saw his sis saying something in her ear and she laughed on it. He smiled unknowingly. He wanted to see her face and was almost going to see when suddenly ridz came infront of him and blocked his view.

GEET's DRESS

"Maan come on.your dad and mom are looking for you and my mom and dad had also arrived." Ridhima said to maan.

"ya one second." Maan replied having his last sip and returned his gaze on the dance floor only to find it empty and then they made their way towards his dad who was standing near the table for cutting the cake. He went and stood next to his dad. His dad patted his back and made a small conversation. Ridhima went and stood beside her parents. Whereas geet stood with ridhi and raqesh in a corner.

"so guys let's cut the cake and celebrate this moment and make this more special." Said raj cheerfully. All clapped when shiv cut the cake and fed to raj and then to maan savitri devi and then to Shweta and sanaya. All congratulated him one by one and he thanked them all. Meanwhile Maan looked for the girl in purple gown but he couldn't find her. While moving ahead he collided with raqesh and the drink in raqesh's hand fell on maan's hand and shoes.

"oh am so sorry maan. I didn't see you coming." Raqesh said apologetically.

" no problem bhai. It was my fault too. Anyway can you show me the way towards washroom." Asked maan.

"yup. Go straight up and the second room to right is my room. You could use that." Showing maan the way.

ok thanx. excuse me."asked maan.

Meanwhile geet and ridhi were chatting when Gautami came to them.

"Ridhi bte I gave the gift to you for bhai sahib to keep it na. go and get me. The party is almost over so we should gift him now." Said Gautami.

"Mama actually I gave that gift to geet becoz my room was full of decoration things." She said looking at geet.

"yup mom. I'll just go and bring from my room. You both wait here." They noded and geet made her way towards her room.

Geet went to her room but didn't turned on the lights as she knew where exactly the gift was kept. When she got the gift she turned around to go out when suddenly she bumped into maan who was coming out of the washroom. Actually what happened was maan got in first room instead of second which happens to be of geet and he also didn't turned the lights on as light was coming from washroom and he directly went inside.

Geet was about to fall when maan caught her. Geet shouted in fear and maan immediately shut her mouth with his hand. Suddenly geet went quiet as she recognized who the person was. Chill ran down both their bodies. They both kept on staring each other when suddenly maan came in his senses. He freed her and made her stand. Very awkwardly maan said "uh..sorry I didn't see you coming." Geet felt her heartbeat fastened, butterflies flying in her stomach to hear his voice after so long. Soon she came out of thoughts when maan cleared his throat.

"oh i-i just came to get this gift." Geet said nervously and turned to run outside. She almost reached the door when suddenly she realized that her gown was caught into something as she turned around to see what stopped her that's when maan saw her face in the dim light coming from outside. In a trance he moved towards her and bent down to take out the gown from the nail while his gaze was stuck on her face. He took her gown out and geet ran out to catch her breath. She hid behind the pillar and blushed hard.

Meanwhile maan came out of the room and moved in a trance towards his dad.

"those eyes..those eyes are so familiar yet so blurry. Have I met her before? Even I did then where and when? Why my heart started beating fast as if I was affected? Do I know her? Why she is so familiar? He came out of his thoughts when shiv kept a hand on maan's shoulder and took the mike to make an announcement. Geet was standing beside Armaan raqesh and ridhi.

"Attention everyone attention! I am so happy today as my best friend threw such a wonderful party in my honour but there's a surprise for everyone here which will make this party more memorable. So the surprise is that my son Maan Khurana is going to finish his studies this year and going to join me full time." All laughed.

" oh wait it's not over yet. My son is not only going to complete his studies but going to start a new chapter in his life. He is going to get engaged to my friend's daughter Ridhima." He completed.

All gasped and looked at him shocked. Soon all got out of shock and clapped loudly. Maan looked at his dad blankly. His dad patted his back and hugged him. Maan was is in no condition to respond his eyes kept on looking for that face. Whereas Ridhima blushed as everyone started teasing her. Maan's mother, geet's mother dadima and sanaya came with sweets and fed them both and gave them blessings.

In mid of the celebrations no one noticed geet's broken state. She felt her eyes getting wet and heavy. She immediately left the hall and went to her room and shut the door behind her. She started crying loudly hearing all the people happily chatting and clapping. She kept both her hands on her ears and ran towards her balcony and jumped to maan's balcony and entered his room and slid under his blanket and kept on crying.

IN THE HALL

Sanaya brought ridz from the group of ladies and made her stand with maan.

"perfect couple."commented sanaya. Ridz blushed profusely and shyly looked down whereas maan was in so much dilemma. He just wanted to put all this to end and move out of the house to go and talk to his mom and dad.

All the khurana's handa's and chopra's gathered around them.

"c'mom maan feed Ridhima some sweets from your hand." Said someone from behind and everyone laughed and agreed. Ridhima again looked down.

Maan sighed and to put an end to the night he took the piece of sweet and looked at ridz to feed her. He forwarded his hand towards her mouth. Ridz looked up in his eyes and she could see only sadness there. There was no tinge of happiness. For sake of others she sadly opened her mouth and then fed him. She again looked at hs face. He was not at all looking happy. She sighed and decided to talk to him later.

Maan called it the end of the day. All of them left happily except maan. He just wanted to get out of the place as soon as possible.

There geet kept on crying and complaining to her babaji. She cried so much that maan's pillow was almost wet. When she heard some noises she immediately got out of his bed and folded the blanket as it was earlier and left to her room.

As soon as maan entered his room he could feel something different but he was so upset that he didn't bothered and immediately removed his shoes socks blazer and shirt and made his way to his bed. As he slid inside his blanket he felt some comfort and with the wet pillow he found soothing fragnance which immediately made him drift to sleep.

and regarding maan and ridz relationship..yup they both are committed to each other..more of them coming soon..

note- m going to start a new story with totally different concept..i need your support..now should i continue with this one and when it ends i should start the next or both at the same time?..if both at the same time then updates might get slow..so plss suggest guys.

Maan was eager to see who was that girl in purple gown... But didn't gt a chance but at last saw her.. In her own room luckilyy.. Maan feels like he have seen her son where ND geet was blushing but the happiness was NT last long.. They made maan and ridhi engaged.. Poor geet .. Heart broken... Huh.. She ran to maan's room..lolxx spider woman... But when maan layed down on his bed he felt comfort... when are they gonna talk officially with each other... Update soon.. ND do pm me..I also advice u first u complete this than write another... Or u can write another one but post on if when u complete this.. So..save ur new story in comp. First complete this plz.. Just a free advice..
