Even I was wondering why sooo many writers have switched to their private blogs.. I first thought that is was really due to PLAGIARISM.. and trust me all the writers that you have mentioned were my favorites too.. but I dont agree to shifting stories on blogs for comments.. I AM NOT JUST A READER.. I have written many stories and OSs on DMG forum and I have never stopped for comments.. and my stories had a fair amount of readers aswell.. As a writer I do write afew OSs but I have stopped posting them anywhere coz 3 out of my 5 FFs were copied without my knowledge.. I respect the writers' hard work i know its really difficult.. as a SILENT reader that I am to this forum I really wish that these copycats get a life..

I just need to say that I come here to read and get a smile on my face after reading these WONDERFUL stories.. I do press the like button when I like a certain update and PM the writer when i complete a certain OLD COMPLETED FF.. I agree here that silent readers like me need to comment more often and it make the writers very happy when suddenly a new reader joins in n says i like ur work.. I'll try an be more active on the stories that are here on the IF and for which i am a regular reader.. 😳

I am not pointing at anybody saying they are wrong or write.. its absolutely their work and solely their decision to share it with whomesoever they want to.. 😊 I am happy being a reader to this forum and I would remain till these guys keep writing..

believe when i for the first time make id here...i read all work and click like too..even if the works were almost complete. at that time it never matters to me if writer check or not..but make me feel great that i am 1 of those who love this ff at lot.

Hey i am one among the silent reader,when i started in this forumn ,i was very scared and who did not even register for months... then i started reading stories on maaaneet and i love it alot but after some time i notice some stories are only for member so i have to register but i have registet on my dad name and iam not very interective ,and i never thought what writer will feel and what a comment and alike mean to writer ,so i am very sorry sorry that i didn't comment and i now a sorry cannot mend it so from now i will start comment and like to which of the stories i read but after 9 mar because my 12 th board exam are going,and once again i am sorry specially to a writers and thank you all the writer for your hardwork and dedication 😊

really all the reasons u have given n all writers have given their reasons too

one thing i want to say

bcoz of readers neglience ..less likes..no cmnts..n copying all have shifted

n i m also on the way..which i surely hate myself..

bcoz for me IF only gave me the platform as writer

n i got so many friends here only

if they have not supported i would never been who i am now..

but the copy thing really made me upset..frustrated..n what not..

after that whenever i sit i get no mood to type..

thinking why to do so..

even i want IF to make some more protections..that copy pasting should be banned..

n so no one will ever copy from her

n the writer gets discouraged..

sweta agreed with u...as im also missing so much of my favourite writers ff(shoba di,muskan di,dreamyharika many more)...

sweta atleast u dont close tis IF i can able to understand ur feelings guys..,,before 1 yr im also a silent reader coz im frm south india and also my hindi s not good so i was hesitate first but aft talking with one of my frnd frm IF whose s also a famous person(😉😉😉 janu) im started to comment to all...

nice post dear, very much agree with your points

writers are losing interest in writing, because of less comments and likes, copying , valli di is correct

but what is the solution,for all these things ,writers,and should cooperate with each other

I was thinking of a blog but I can't handle both...so dropped the idea..

Though I have still not given hope on my readers.

And in spite of my super hectic schedule I update.

Just want every reader to appreciate my hard work...

Is it too much to ask.

This is a much needed post seriously.

It's my love for maaneet and gf including my sincere readers...that I am still continuing ...but for how long that depends on their response.And yes plagiarism is one of the biggest issues...

all wroters may be true but i want all updates here on gf ..this is our maneet world and i don;t want it to stop ..

its too tough to find stories on blogs...remembering so many blog tough job ..

i wish all readers comment on the stories they read and writers in turn provide us updates here ..

If writers are providing us updates then it is our duty to appreciate them for their work..

Apne aap ko writers ki jagah rakh kar dekho guyzz then u will also feel same what writers feel

But my POV is totally different..

I m a writer too so no one take it in any other ways or against the writers

I think No body invited us to write a story.. Nor we get any money for this..

we write here as we love to write.. I

actually I discovered myself as a writer here..

I m not liking the concept of keeping the work in a protected blog..

everyone became writer because of Geet forum and writers are stopping to post their stories here..This is like cheating GF..if it goes like this one day it will be closed what will they all do then?

I m not against blog posting.. one should has a right to do what she wants..

But still it's my opinion that we should not stop writing here.. Keep your work in blogs but here too..

It's not neccesarry that every work of every writer is liked by all..

some time we like one story of one writer but we don't like the other story from the same writer..

It was purely my opinion what I said.. I m writer here as well as a reader too..

Writers should not be too much egoistic
