Part 39 geet hell bent to keep baby
Maan being cruel to geet to abort baby
Maan in so much pain
Geet life 50% by having baby and she is not mentally stable
It only opition to maan to take proper care geet will be fine

After Maan speaks to the doctor what actually happened that made him change again because while to doctor the doctor did mention that Geet must be checked weakly .
I also think Maan should tell his family about Geet's pregnancy that is so dangerous

maan choosen geet and wants the abortion. but poor geet because of her insecurities she is not accepting, and maan is not able to understand the inner turmoil what geet is facing., hope geet apne andhar ki dar ko maan se share karegi tab maan usko samjhapayega. hope eveything gets settle
