Everything was going smooth, maan was engrossed in the meeting and baby slept after having his medicine well his tummy was hurting so geet gave him syrup and with the effect he slept soon .. Everything so perfect in and around KC and maan actually forget that the meeting for which he had stopped geet , he attended all alone probably forgetting his lie.. maan was busy finalizing the deal with his staff when someone came..

The KC atmosphere that was calm was disturbed with the loud noise from the reception, maan had already instructed his staff to inform him if anything is related to his wife and even he was waiting for her somehow , he knew surbhi too well..She was a kind of B*** who won't even think twice before doing anything and now maan's one move would have made her agitated..

On the other hand the staff was all bothered about geeet , they knew her as a single and now seeing the baby with her there was an unwanted gossip all around..

Staff 1 : I didn't knew she is having a baby.. But she doesn't seem to be married.. One girl commented..

Staff 2 : I don't think she is married , can't you see she is alone and orphan and now this baby..this must be the result of any of her affair.. the girl isn't so simple she appears to be..after all , all that glitters is not gold..She commented making others to agree..

Well, in a professional atmosphere there types of comments are not allowed but still people can't shut their mouths, it was common and geet knew all this and she chose to ignore this..

One of the staff disagreed to them..

Staff 3 : maybe she is a widow.. And why are you people commenting on her.. She isn't a KC employee she came here for a project and at least respect her.. She said feeling bad for geet.. geet never had any type of relation with anyone , she was silent and for her , her work matters , she isn't the one who would be poking her nose in other's matters but people can't understand this..

Staff 2 : that's true pinky (staff 3) KC will not hire someone low class like this girl and now this child..She is exploiting KC's laws and now maan sir's anger will fall on her..Poor girl..She said making an apologetic face..

Some people were ignoring rude comments, they knew that what matters most is their work..After all they are getting paid for their work not some stupid gossips.. The gossips would have been continued when one of senior staff came and scolded them.. geet heard all the comments , and a tear slipped her eye ..She was feeling bad , though she ignore everything still it felt bad.. the way they were pointing fingers at her character , if she would have wanted , she could have complained or gave them answers but chose to be quite.. These type of comments were a part and parcel of life when you were working with such a big firm.. For geet she was there in DELHI for the project and then she would leave for never coming back..

She completed the file and checked it twice if it had any faults in that needed to be corrected, geet was working while her dear son was sleeping.. She was looking at him in small intervals.. Well it was her habit back at shimla and at that time baby was so small and fragile and now he was growing and turning naughty and handsome much to geet's contentment baby was growing really well but his small small antics and this tummy pain really scares her..

Everything was apt when a sudden commotion gained everyone's attention..

a lady in black revealing dress came with such a horror filled voice she was just wanting maan .. and maan was no where ,

staff tried to but she was no less than any hailstorm..

Didn't you heard me , I want to meet MAAN SINGH KHURANA .. and who the hell are you who is daring to stop me SURBHI KHURANA..

Surbhi yelled gathering all the attention on her..she dam cared what anyone would think , she was here to meet her so called husband MAAN and she knew that she has to meet him and talk to him.. maan had made her life upside down..

The receptionist was hell scared seeing the lady who was literally abusing her..she was saying that she wants to meet maan sir and maan wont entertain her that is known by the staff very well maan's strict orders were known by all..

Receptionist: mam you can't meet sir..

Surbhi : how dare you say that..And stop me, get that MSK right here.. The voices were too loud and the receptionist before could inform anyone, surbhi went in , even the securities went behind her no literally ran behind her..She is a threat to their jobs. maan would definitely sack them and this lady was just nothing but a pain..

surbhi : get maan singh khurana right now..

Guards: ma'am you can't go enter , the guards entered the 11^th floor , the main office .. Every eye was on the lady who was dressed in a short dress that was till her knees and she was shouting her lungs..

Surbhi shouted and her voice was so loud and the wicked lady shouted in front of geet's cabin.. Since it was almost two hours and the meeting for which maan had stopped her was over so she was all ready to leave, since her baby was also sleeping so it won't be difficult for her.. But the sudden voice make her baby restless and he wake up crying out loud.. dhruv was a sensitive baby and there would be any other baby then the loud voices would have disturbed the baby as well..

Geet immediately went to the crying baby and took him in her arms..baby was also hungry since its been two hours he was fed and now his sleep was disturbed so the cries were more like sobs and his face was filled with so many tiny droplets within a minute that really disturbed geet..she cooed her little prince but he probably wanted to sleep more and geet went with him to the couch and he hold her hand in his small fist like he didn't wanted her to go..

Geet : baby.. let me get your milk na.. Than you can sleep , we are going home shona .. she said to her baby..baby though couldn't understand what she was saying but her words calmed his senses a lot , seeing his mother's attention all on him.. Baby was getting tough to handle.. And on the other side surbhi's voice was getting louder..

Surbhi : where the hell is your boss.. Get maan singh khurana here..

Shasha came, she was an old employee at khurana's and absolutely hated surbhi for her high headed status and dominance in maan's life.. no wonder shasha was also in the list who admire maan but for her maan was a boss who can make her career boost and he had given her a platform when she needed one..

Shasha : ma'am sir is not here , he is in a meeting , you please be seated in his cabin. She said politely and with the respect that MD's wife's deserve but not surbhi.. surbhi was already in anger dancing on her head and she walked past shasha and was about to move in the corridor when she collided with someone .. geet who was coming with her almost crying baby and leaving for the day suddenly collided with someone and that was no such collision but surbhi actually pushed geet and baby while her long nails pierced baby's soft skin ..Though it was unintentional but baby started to cry ..

Surbhi : who the hell are you and this is no playground that you bring your stupid baby here.. she was annoyed seeing baby crying and even he didn't like her..He looked at her with such an irritated face that made maan to hide his smile ...

Maan was informed about surbhi's arrival and he immediately left the meeting leaving the last paper works to be done by his staffs and the site that greeted him was actually he never expected... , he was first angry on seeing surbhi , well he was expecting the lady but this early..he had thought that she would play some more tactics of her , a little fake drama to melt him but she showed her true colors soon...

Maan st : so you are here surbhi.. Now let me show you the consequences of playing that dirty game with MSK.. You are going to pay heavily surbhi ..

He was about to move when he witnessed the collision that was actually surbhi's fault and she next time pushed geet and baby , making baby cry.. Well maan wanted to give his dear wife some piece of mind when, he heard his baby's irritated face and he was cutely glaring at surbhi.. maan chuckled ..Well he remember someone, that someone was none other himself.. Well also used to glare at the person whom he doesn't like.. Baby pouted and cried a little and then hide himself in geet..

Surbhi's words irked geet and she replied back..

Geet : this isn't any playground that you are roaming like blind..And next time see when you walk..

Geet insulted surbhi , while maan and KC staff was seeing all the commotion..surbhi was angered seeing a mere girl insulting her giving her a nose cut..

Surbhi : how dare you , you some low class girl is saying me that I am blind.. do you know who I am and what I can do to you and your B*** child..

Geet smirked and answered back..

Geet was about to leave when surbhi pulled her back and her grip on baby loosened and baby would have fallen if maan hadn't come on time.. he immediately hold geet and baby almost embracing them..geet immediately tightened her hold on baby and maan steadies geet..

Next they heard a loud sound that echoed in the KC ..

thud!!!

the loud noise echoed in the corridor.. much to everyone's surprise geet was so angry and irritated that she actually slapped surbhi and threaten her ..
