But she didn't listen his voice,, her whole attention was on handling that ruffian nd after few secs he heard some loud voices like her phone fell somewhere.

Frustrated nd helpless he run his mind nd asked his driver's phone nd ordered him to drive fast as much as he cd,, but there was heavy traffic nd red lights ,, with driver's phone he dialled 1** no ,, he gave his intro nd told them ,, requested them to reach for Geet's help ASAP ,, he gave a good info regarding cab that it was blue w***w**** cab ,, direction nd suspected area ,, that was enough for them nd d PCR officers assured him that they wr going for search ,, Maan knew they wd but he was worried for Geet whose life nd respect was on stake nd what if police wdn't reach to her at right time ,, his heart sank nd praying for her safty ,, every nano sec became a death for him ,, he was dying to reach Geet to protect her but he didn't know where that bloody drive took her nd how far ? he was calling her on phone .

He told his driver to watch every lonely road in their left near R****** ,, they had crossed d mrkt area nd then started FH belts ,,he himself was looking at his left to get d road ,, he overheard Geet's voice when she stopped driver for taking left turn .

Driver: chote Saab , there wr 3-4 roads ,, how we get d right road ?

Maan: tum ek kaam karo , mujhe 1^st cut per chodo aur tum next mei jao ,, aur uske baad next mei ,, agar Geet mile to mujhe call kerna aur police mile to unhe bhi inform ker dena .

Driver: ji saab , aur aap ?

Maan : mai Geet ka call cut nahi ker sakta ,, agar mili to mai tumhe phone ker dunga , OK .

Driver : ji saab.

Maan threw his coat nd tie in his car nd rushed out in rain to search Geet in that dark road ,, driver moved to go next road ,, Maan was running on road looking all around to get any sign of Geet or that cab .

There unaware from Maan's condition Geet was fighting this horrible situation ,,, she understood driver's evil plan ,, she feared when he refused to stop d cab , threatened her nd closed d glass,, she pressed again d button to slide down d glass again ,, she run her mind nd in a go she unlocked d door lock nd opened d door of her side ,, she shouted for help nd thought to jump out but didn't ,, d driver held her shawl with his one hand nd pulled her back threatening her to kill her ,, he took out an open knife nd showed her ,,Geet was scolding ,struggling nd hitting him which disturbed his balance on driving ,, she got that he was drunk too.

Geet was living alone in US from last 3 yrs nd time taught her many things to keep herself safe ,, she opened her handbag's back pocket nd took out a spray .. she hit d driver on his head with that matel bottle ,, furiously he looked back nd Geet pressed that pepper spray directly in his eyes nd nose ,, that was unexpected for that b****** ,, d burn of pepper in his eyes nd nose made him mad ,, he left d steering to rub his face nd eyes nd cab lost its track nd bumped with a tree nd then a wall ,, Geet's shawl was still in his hand ,, after bumping d cab it took few secs to Geet to get her controle back ,, she fell down between d seats nd driver fell side way ,, he was covered with broken glass pieces ,, Geet collected her bag nd phone ,, come out from d cab nd looked around ,,it was a lonely road between d farm houses ,, there wr lights on poles but coz of rain nd unknown place she didn'd get where she was ,, she forgot that she was talking to Maan nd he was still on line ,, she looked back at d cab nd started running back ,, after covering some distance she looked back to check that bloody driver was there or not ,, he was not there ,, she stopped nd took some long breaths ,, she looked at her phone nd thought to call police , but heard her name in a faint voice ,, she understood it was Maan nd replied in a go ,, Maan ... Maan ,, plzz save me Maan ,, plzz come to me ,, Maan .. Geet .. Geet .

Maan was running on d road looking all around nd calling her on phone to get her single reply nd then after few min he heard her voice ,, he rooted at his place nd replied back .

Maan: Geet r u fine ,, where r u ,, I m near u Geet .

Geet's courage broke down nd she cried out for help forgetting everything ,, there was only Maan for her who cd save her that time .

Geet: Maan , mere paas aa jao ,, mujeh bacha lo Maan ,, wo,,, wo aa gaya to mujhe maar dalega ,, plzz Maan .

Maan: Geet , daro nahi ,, mai tumhare aas - paas hu ,, tum batao ki kahan ho ? ( he started walking again looking all around )

Geet sniffed : nahi pata ,, ye sunsaan si road hei ,, kuch samajh nahi aa raha .

Maan: Geet take along breath nd try to get d things near u ,, any sign ,, mark any thing to find d way towards main road .

Geet looked around in that dim light nd heard some faint voices of horns nd gussed that main road is near by ,, she concentrated nd get d direction .

Geet: Maan ,, right side se horns ki sounds aa rahi hei .

Maan : OK, Geet essi side aana start karo .

Geet feared: Maan w,, w, wo aa gaya to ,, Maan plzz tum jaldi a ...

Maan: Geet I got d cab ,, I got that Cab .

Geet: Maan aa aap paas nahi jana ,, he is dangerous ,, wo aas-pass hi hoga .

Maan: Daro nahi Geet ,, I won't leave that b****** ,, stay there Geet nd wait for my call , my driver or police will reach there ,, they r searching u ,, stay there Geet .

Geet: Maan don't go near him , ,, he cn harm u ,, plzz Maan .

Maan: wait there Geet ,,nd he cut d call then called his driver nd informed him about his location nd to search Geet in lanes ,, he reached near d cab nd find that driver who was hurt nd trying come out from d cab from back side coz front doors wr jammed ,, he was not able to look clearly bcoz of pepper burn nd blood was oozing from his forehead where he had few cuts ,, Maan anger shoot it's high thinking that bloody beast tried to kidnap his Geet nd wanted to hurt her ,,he held his coller nd dragged him out from d cab ,, d cab driver snapped his hand to make him free nd shouted .

CD: kaun ho tum ?

Maan : B****** , how dare u think nd try to harm her ?

CD: kaun ho tum ? chodo mujhe ,, aaj chodunga nahi uss s**** ko?

Maan got that he was drunk nd still abusing Geet ,, he started giving him hard punches and after few hard blows d driver was lying on d road cluctching his stomach ,, Maan kicked him nd hit him on legs ,, he started crying in pain .

Maan's driver didn't get Geet but reached near him searching them in lanes ,, Maan asked him about Geet nd he said that he didn't find her ,, Maan left his driver near that cab driver nd informed police then went to search Geet in her mention direction ,, he called her .

Geet: Maan ,,, aap kahan hei ,, yahan koi nahi aaya , mujhe darr lag raha hei .

Maan: Geet , mai aa raha hu ,, bas paas hu ,, he crossed few lanes nd then saw her ,, his heart came in his throat seeing her like that ,, her back was facing him ,, he nearer her nd placed his hand on her shoulder calling her name ... Geet .

Geet turned with a jerk nd feared ... hhaannn ,, Geet ,, daro nahi ,,mai hu Maan ... She looked at him with wet , feared nd red eyes ,, mumbled .. Maan nd then in a swift move she hugged him tightly ,, at 1^st he startled but next moment he engulfed her ,, he felt d shivering of her body nd tightened his grip ,,, ssshhh ,, bas Geet daro nahi , mai hu na paas , but in reply she started crying .

Maan: Oh baby !!! ,,, Geet ,,, ro nahi ,, dekho mai hu na tumhare paas ,, bas ,, chup .

They wr standing on d deserted road , drenching in d rain nd her eyes wr also pouring ,, Maan was feeling her warm teares on his skin ,, he cd understand her fear nd mantel condition ,, he himself was feared nd dying to protect her ,, he was caressing her head nd back to console her ,, parted a lil nd cupped her face ,, his heart cried out for her ,, wipped her tears nd hugged her back .

Maan: Geet ,, bas baby ,, see I m here nd u r safe ,, police is there to arrest him ,, come .

Maan cocooned her close to him nd brought her there , where d cab was ,, police reached there nd held that driver ,, Maan's driver was there ,, Maan met with police nd then police saw Geet ,, they told her to sit in d car or PCR van but she was not ready to leave Maan ,, Maan made her sit in his car nd held her hand to assure her that he was with him ,, police did his investigation nd asked many Qs from Geet ,, Maan insisted Geet to inform her Co nd her Sr about d incident ,, Geet did nd they wr shocked ,, police told Maan to come police station for proper FIR ,, they called toing van to take d damage cab ,, took Geet's shawl , sprey nd knife from cab in their custody for proof ,, Maan himself took few pics of cab in his phone for proof ,, police arrested d driver who accepted his crime after few strong slaps of policemen ,, all came in area PS nd Maan met Sr police officer ,, he gave his intro nd requested them to keep d incident away from media ,, Geet too requested them not to open her name ,, d Sr officer knew YSK nd assured Maan nd Geet .

Meanwhile Geet's Sr nd dept encharg wr there in PS nd met with Geet nd Maan ,, they wr shocked nd concerned for Geet ,, d encharge gave all d info regarding transport Co from where they hired all d cabs nd drivers ,, their duties was to pick nd drop d staff nd this driver was a replacement of old one .

It took near 2 hr for completing all d formalities nd then they reached KM ,, Geet was still in d shock nd very disturbed ,, reaching KM she remembered Manu ,, who was in KM ,, she requested Maan.

Geet : wo ,, plzz bring Manu in OH ,, I cn't go infront of all in this state,, nd plzz don't say anything to U&A .

Maan: no Geet I won't hide this from Dad ,, it's not good to hide all d things from him ,, u go nd I m bringing Manu .

Halfheartedly Geet went to OH ,, Maan went to KM nd straight way went to his room ,, changed his wet clothes nd came down in living hall ,, met with Rashi nd DM there ,, Yash was in his room ,, that time he diverted d Q of coming late saying that he stuck in traffic nd Geet was in office ,, Rashi complained that his phone was coming busy when she tried him ,, he lied ,, he took Manu nd brought him in OH .
