One In Millions!

I heard a story few days back they said it wasn't good coz it had a tragic end! But I had a doubt if the story is only judged by its end? If so y do we hear the whole of the story with so much curiosity n tears in our eyes n say na yaar this story isn't good it could have a better end!!

I didn't realise how true it was, at times how much ever we try to deny it... we are the ones who hope n wait to hear a happily ever after!

I worked as a doctor in a small nursing home round our corner n he was just a co passenger... When He n Me became We the whole journey of life became colourful...

Too short they say my story was but ask me was it really? The answer would be the blush crept on my cheek or the shy smile adorned lips or the mischief hidden eyes of his... The life span of my love was same as my life... beautiful as a dream... if I had ever given a choice I would have chosen this life to any other coz tragic they say but magic I would!

She wasn't a beauty to catch someone's attention at a single glance nor I was some Greek god yet my eyes used to seek her presence with every prayer n heart would run a marathon at just her memory...

Every thunder roared that night brought her closer to me... How I wish it would have continued to rain all night just to keep her close to me protecting her from all the fears brought by the dark nights...

We weren't strangers for sure coz if we were she wouldn't have woken up just to fetch water in the middle of the night finding me clear my throat a little nor I would have made her snuggle in my arms to sleep making sure of her comfort...

They say somethings in life just happen...feelings are felt n words are left unspoken... still we have a feel of contentment... same was the case with me...

Had I been asked to describe her I would just smile n get all lost in her memories that the one who asked would have dozed off to sleep n I would simply walk away from there not wanting to ever come back from my memory line...

Her sleepy eyes n messy hair and the lazy pout on her face were few captured moments of my heart which were welcomed by the warm rays of the sun indicating the end of a blissful night n a bright morning ahead!

Oh yes forget to mention the song which was playing on Fm... I still remember it coz that was perfectly situational

When talked about my tale I know there would many who would say what rubbish! How can one fall for a stranger whom u don't know even the basic info about... etc..etc.. but my take was a bit different if I could be a best friend with a complete stranger whom I just got introduced then is there really something to wonder if I develop a soft corner towards the same stranger!

The song on the radio only acted as a booster to his teasing looks n all I could do was hide myself in his arms... it felt so natural to be with him...

As any other girl would say even I said the same He is different!

As I reached my destination he carefully bought down all our belongs called a cab n bid bye with a warm hug n a quick kiss over my head... actually I was too lost in him to realise he kissed me... I was all smiles as I reached my apparent it was small but sufficient me to live in safely...

Now I think it understood that I don't live with my parents... we always had minimal talk like once in a year... not that they don't love me or something but we just drifted apart with the passing time...

Few memories rise confusions n few countless dreams!
