Geet stepped in her room locking the door she slid down and cried her heart out …and so did the nature

Fernandez word ringed in her ears ..making her feel the frustration all over again ..

I don’t know how much you understand him geet …but I want you to know that …that Maan can kill for you without a second thought and would happily give up his life for you as well …. But he … he probably would never be able to express himself in that manner in front of you ..

She stood up threw her bag on the bed and pulled his picture out from her bed side table …

Why …why are you doing this to me maan sir ..pyaar karte hain tu kehte kyun nahi ..bina meri ijazat ke meri poori life control kar rahe hain aap …just look at me poori tarha se badal diya aapne mujhe …kya jaayega aapka agar ek baar yeh sab kuch karne k bajaye bas ek baar aap mujhse khud yeh keh denge …sab keh rahe hain ke mien aapke liye khaas hoon ..par mien kis ko sach manoon jo mera dil kehta hai ..jo sab mujhse keh rahe hain ..ya who jo aap aaj tak kehte aaye hain ..mien thak gayi hoon …abaur lar nahi sakti …apne aap se aap se …

The rain only reminded her of him …she closed her eyes to get rid of the memories only to get lost in the feel of his hands on her skin …and she opened them with a jerk shocked to see him sitting in front of her with that same concern in his eyes …those deep brown eyes looking straight into her as if seeking her soul from through her eyes that their intensity shook her ..she gasped for air …her lungs felt deprived of it when he wiped away her tears while she kept looking at his serene face ..unable to look away or blink …suddenly remembering all the time he looked at her with the same look so many times before …it was the same hehad when he saved her from varun …the same when he held her post her panic attack a day back ..these were exact same eyes he looked at her from when she was shot 4 years back …

She cried knowing its her imagination but its too good for her to lose it for she needed that right now …him holding her in his safe embrace …and probably telling her that he does after all love her like everything and every ones been telling her … And just ass he raised her hand to touch his face he disappeared confirming her suspicion…she sighed trying to get over her hurt but she couldn’t …

What fernandes said echoed in her mind ..for one second she believed him remembering the numerous times maan has saved her but in the next second her mind threw at her memories of him being so indifferent so aloof as she is a stranger to him … She remembered what reeta said …another tear trail slipped past her cheeks and she kept looking into oblivion …mocking that girl in her head ..if only she knew what he thinks of her and how they fight every day …when the moments of anger subsided she sat their wondering from when did she became so furious, frustrated and angst ..

Maan stood by the French window of his room seeing the sky unravelling the storm ..feeling the similar thunder in his heart …his familywas happiest when his big brother and bhabi were with them ..prems birth was the happiest day in this mansion for as long as he can remember but all the happiness had disappeared after them …they were living their life as a punishment until geet came …

Tujhse pehle bhi hum,Jeete the har mausam

Na yaadon mein khushbuthi na khawabon mein resham

She somehow turned it all up side down …the ever gloomy sister he was unable to make smile no matter what he did was laughing just after a day with geet …his dadi had that contentment on her face seeing prem playing just as he use to …maan would never have allowed any employee get closed to his family at that time hell he had an army of guards in the mansion just to make sure everyone was fine …they all had built a wall around them not trusting anyone from the outside …but she walked right through it as if the wall was never there …and then suddenly his whole world revolved around her …he had nothing to be worried about …she was the angel who was taking away all the problems of his life … and the best part..She never realized she was doing the magic ..!!

He remembered the way geet took care of prem when he was down with fever at the age of 5 …the whole family was terrified not wanting to lose another member …but the fragile looking clumsy girl stood like a rock for all of them …staying there for 3 days 4 nights not sleeping a wink …taking care of prem and constantly reassuring everyone that he will be fine …and since then that’s what she was …A Rock to his family and him ..!!!

O Jaana

She walked out of the washroom dressed in a white shalwar kameez and sat at the window bench in her room staring at the storm outside wondering when the storm in her heart would subside …the tears never stopped …nor did the hurt or the confusion …these are the constant emotions in her life ..

De saath koi ya na de

Bas yeh bharam jata de

Vaada na utrega jo pehnaya tu ne

That man has roots so deep in her that even if she tries she can’t cut him off… she tried so hard to walkaway after that gun shot accident and when he acted all weird and rude with her post his return from London but here she is… even after 4 years crying for the same man …but still she can’t say that to him ..or may be they don’t have to …

she have seen it in his eyes so many times over the years but just when she starts to believe this he rebuffs her doing something that shatters her belief in herself.. this whatever they have in between …and the future …coz he just doesn’t let her see his heart …every time she thinks she has taken a step ahead he takes more back…distancing them both ..

Samjhega kab woh sab jo samjhaya tu ne

Over the last 5 years she has spent the most happiest moments of her life with that man but he is also the person who has shattered her heart over and over again in these years…somedays she sees her whole life in those eyes in which he guard his emotions so much and sometimes the venom in his words and actions leaves her searching for her grounds in the chaos he creates in her heart ..some days are too good to be true and other days like today she wonders how much longer will she survive his ignorance …

Mujh mien hai noor tera

Tu hai guroor mera

Iss chand ko doobne se bachana

If what reeta,fernandes aniee, dadi maa, his aunt pari pinky and every other person close to them thinks is true than why is he like that with her …you can’t hurt the ones you love so much …you can’t ask them to get out and then protect them with your life …and then act as if you don’t even know them …that man is walking contradiction …everything he does contradicts with what he says ..how is she suppose to believe what all of them are saying when all he do is push her away.. whatever she has done in the whole day was a result of this frustration..the contradictions of his actions and words the way he has possessed her and then left her so broken …

O Jaana ..

He sat on his bed under the dim light of the lamp lost looking at her picture in his wallet…thinking and remembering what fernandes told him what dadi maa has been telling him …indeed one day geet would give up …she would walk away ..and he would have to bear it …he has been seeing it coming …he has seen her patience giving up ..over the last month he has seen she wasn’t anymore the girl who would listen to his nonsense for nothing …and deep down he knew she was walking away …but still

Sabse khaas hai phirbhi, dil ke paas hai phir bhi

Tu hai dur, duri ab yekaise kam hogi

He remembered the way she use to look at him every time she saw in his eyes there use to be only love reflecting in them …they had seen some happy moment before the fate knocked him back to his senses and made him realize its darkness …and 4 years after the accident now he can see the anger in her eyes …the quest …the way she is always searching answers in him …maan closed his eyes and remembered all the moments they spent together …the warmth she carries …her smell those heartbeats he has heard pick speed every time he cornered her …

Milke hue the pure,kyu phir hue adhure

Ye khaamoshi ki raitkaise nam hogi

he sighed and opened in his eyes overwhelmed by the burden he felt when he saw her tears striken face ..those hurtful expression and her accusing eyes …he could barely breath under the burden of those tears wondering until how much longer will he be able to keep that façade …and what would he do if she really does go away …will here ally be able to bare it like he has been telling himself for years … what if she got to know his real feelings …NO …no that can’t be …he can’t make her suffer from the darkness of his fate …he won’t let her …the last time he did this foolishness she ended up in a hospital …he can’t make the same mistake again ..!!

Geet sat there lost in their memories …from the early days when they use to fight like tom and jerry to the point where for the first time she had actually believed he liked her…when he defended her in front of his client …when the look in his eyes use to give her the reason to breath …to smile and to dream ….and then when he was back from London everything changed ..every day she had tried to know what changed but nothing made sense …and then she gave up …accepted his rudeness…but now …now what is she suppose to make up of all he do …from standing up for her in front of reeta …saving from varun …to the way looked at her in prem’s room and then the hug when he found her …or this guard stunt ..

Her tears might have gave up but the hurt was not …yet nothing made sense in moments like these allshe wanted to do was to go grab maan singh Khurana by his collar and shake him beat him till he tells her why he do all he do and what he feels …

pheww.. i am nervous.. so my thought about expressing the way geet was probably not well expressed ... and i understand the looooonngggg gap in my posting may have something to do with the disconnect from your side as readers but as a recap

pari's engagement, his aunt somewhat tell her that he cares, he stands up for her in front of reeta than tells her she is just an employee, saves her from the locked room, but after that avoids her, reeta tells him that he loves her, maan completely go nuts seeings her hurt, than next day blast at her, then tells her he didn't mean it, and then she gets to know he has placed guards for her, what else can a girl react to it all.

also lets see it like as readers 47 parts down the line you all are very frustrated with the way maan is avoiding his feelings, behaving the way he is..even after doing all that he does he just doesn't express himself to the person he should be. Imagine the person who suffering from this..geet how she must be feeling about it all when the whole world is telling her that he loves her, but she knows that he himself would never reciprocate, would never actually confess, don't you all think that the frustration, anger is valid. i mean even after she knows that maan has been protecting her what is there for her to be happy about, for starters she never had a doubt that maan cares for her but the problem lies with the fact that he never says that.
