Geet sat there with what seemed like a white cloth wrapped around her forehead, leaning on a pillar. The cloth was gradually but steadily turning red. Her once white kurti, was now a shade of brown. On seeing Maan, Kavitha aunty rushed over to his side. "The doctor hasn't come yet and she says that she feels dizzy. I'm sacred it's a concussion" cried Kavitha aunty. Frustration ran through Maan as he tried to remain calm. With long strides, he reached the counter and blasted the already terrified receptionist. "Where is the doctor?" bellowed Maan. "Sir, he's been informed. Just five more minutes, Sir" stuttered the young girl. Sighing, Maan hurried over to Geet, who by now was trying very hard to keep her eye lids open. Maan sat next to her, resting her head on his shoulder, he spoke "Five more minutes, Geet. Just don't fall asleep, okay?" Geet nodded faintly, finding peace in his embrace.
