after going through all 4 episode my conclusion is-

the girl in hospital is geet's sister

2-karan may be either dever of her sister or her own husband

3-brij and karan are planning to trap geet

as such they had removed her sister from their house

why they are doing dont have clue but story is getting interesting update fast please.
