Geet sat on bed nd opened her lappy , connected with Maan nd next moment Maan was there in front of her on screen nd she was on his ,, both gave a smile to each other ,, Maan saw that she was tensed his heart cried seeing her like this nd Geet noticed that Maan was tired nd restless.

Geet: Maan , u r looking tired ,, take some rest 1^st , then think on d matter in d mrng .

Maan: humm ,, situation is not good Geet ,, d worker was badly injured nd need help for him nd family ,, let's see what cd I do ? need to check d contract .

Geet: is he serious ?

Maan: no but in this condition he cn't work for long ,, his family is living at site ,, wife too work ther nd have 3-4 kids .

Geet: gave some money for now nd then thought some solution .

Maan: I did sona, nd met with d family ,, let's see TM .

Geet: take proper rest Maan .

Maan: r u alright sona ?

Geet : humm ,, now after talking to u i'm fine .

Maan: don't fear sona ,, be brave.

Both cut d call but they wr tense for each other at their places ,, Geet was fearing alone ,, every small sound gave a shiver to her ,, she was remembering her Babaji nd Maan ,, sleep was far away from her eyes even she was not able to study ,, even d rustling of leaves coz of wind fearing her ,, clutching d pillow tightly she was praying to pass that night fast nd sent Maan back asap .

There Maan got busy reading d terms of contract but there was nothing regarding this that who will bear d expenditure of any mishappening with labor ,, KC didn't hire d workers directly at all sites ,, some other labour contractors supplied temp workers to them signing a contract ,, now what to do ? He thought to discuss on it with d mngr in d mrng nd slept soon due to tiredness ,, there Geet got some sleep in wee hrs .

Next day geet woke up with Maan's call nd after him she talked to Dadima ,, she didn't tell her that Maan was not in KM nd she was alone ,, it cd make Dadima worried for her,, she was walking alone in lawn then took her tea nd started her daily work ,, she sent nakul to his room saying that she wd make her BF nd lunch ,, there was nothing much to do ,, Nakul nd other servant finished their work went to take rest in their qutrs ,, Geet tried to catch up with her work nd study ,, hrs passed ,, after finishing her work she came in kitchen to make something for her ,, msg Maan to take his lunch on time .

She was busy in her cooking when Meera came calling her nd Dadima ,, she didn't know that Dadima was not here .

Geet: hi Meera ,, come in kitchen ,, i'm making lunch for me .

Meera: wow!! Kya bana rahi ho ? Dadima kahan hei ?

Geet: Dadima nainital gai hein Dev ke sath ,, mai veg pulao bana rahi hu ,, tum kahogi ?

Meera: haan ,, tumhare hath ka kuch bhi yaar ,, Dadima ne to mera dil hi tod diya , akele ghoomne chali gai mujhe kahati to mai bhi ghoom aati na hill station , aane to jhagda karungi .

Geet: dil matt todo ,, hill station ghoomna hei to mere sath chalna ,, mai aur Maan jayenge TM .

Meera: scchi kya ,, lekin tum sab ku ja rahe ho wahan ?

Geet told her about d opening of Resort nd marriage of A&A ,, Meera gave a smile nd congrats her .

Meera: wow!! Congo Geet ,, nahi tum aur Maan bhai jao ,, no KMH ( kabab mei haddi) ,, enjoy .

Geet: ku chalo na ,, tum bhi , outing ho jayegi .

Meera: next time , kahin aur ,, abhi tum dono jao ,, Kal kab ja rahe ho ?

Geet: abhi fix nahi ,, Maan sucddenly Pune chale gay kal eve mei aur aane ka abhi kuch baytaya nahi .

Meera: what ,, Pune ,, fir tumhare sath kaun tha yahan ?

Geet sadly: koi nahi ,, I was alone .

Meera: what! r u mad Geet ,, tumhe darr nahi laga ? mujhe kaha kun ahi , mai aa jati ,, u don't count me ur friend na ,, u broke my heart Geet .

Geet: essa nahi hei Meera ,, sorry , this thing didn't come in my mind ,, I was worried for Maan till late nd waited for his call so forgot everything ,, sorry Meera .

Geet placed her hand on Meera's nd pleaded her who was showing her pout nd fake anger.

Geet: chalo kahan khaty hei , fir mujhe insti bhi jana hei .

Meera: when is Maan bhai coming ?

Geet: don't know ,, we didn't have any talk after mrng.

Meera: hummm ,, listen smartie ,, if he won't come to night then informe me , i'll be here ,, OK ,

Geet: sure ,, plzz aao aur khana kha lo .

Meera: humm , mai gussa hun abhi bhi , per kha leti hun .

Geet: so sweet meri Basanti ,, aajao ,, tum achanak kaise aai ?

Meera: wo mai nuershing home se Ngo ja rahi thi to socha Dadima aur tumhe mil lu.

Both had their lunch nd then secured d rest of work ,, Geet got ready after trying Maan again but he was still busy nd his phone was only ringing ,, Geet called nakul nd then Meer and Geet left for their respective places ,, Meera reminded Geet to call her at night .

At eve Maan called Geet nd said sorry for not taking her calls ,, he gave her some details about d situation nd at last he decided something nd wd come TM after finishing some paper formalities ,, Geet just hummed half heartened ,, he was not coming to night nd this thing upset her ,, they talked few more min nd then Maan cut d call assuring her to call later .

Geet was feeling bad now , they had to go Nainital TM early mrng coz there was opening function nd she knew Dadima nd A&A wd start calling her when she was reaching there ,, now she had to tell them about Maan's visit to Pune nd for their uncertainity to reach there on time ,, Maan was disturbed there in his prob so she didn't talk about all these Nanital functions but she was tensed how to handle ?

She called Meera nd told her that Maan won't come tonight ,, Meera replied that she was coming ther after informing her Pa ,,, she was there after one hr ,, in between Dr Das called Geet nd assured her that don't feel alone nd he nd meera r there for her .Geet thanked him nd she was touched with father-daughter's care .

At dinner time Dadima called Geet nd asked about Maan nd their prog ,, Geet informed her that Maan went Pune coz there was some prob nd he wd come in d mrng nd she didn't know when they wd start from here ,, Geet was sounding low nd Dadima too felt bad .

Dadima: Geet beta tum KM mei akele ho ?

Geet: nahi Dadima Meera aa gai hei mere paas night stay ke liye ,, aaP chinta matt karo .

Dadima was relieved hearing that Meera was with Geet nd Dr Das too caring them ,, she was impressed with this Meera's helping nature nd then she talked to Meera also nd thanked her .

Meera: kya Dadima aapne to dil hi tod diya thanks bolker ,, aap meri Dadima nahi ho kya ? mujhe apna nahi manti ?

Dadima: manti hu baba ,, dil matt tod .

Meera; per mai gussa hu aapse ,, mujhe nahi bataya aur hill station ghoomne chai gai akele .

Dadima: sorry baccha ,, next time pacca ,, promise .

Meera: humm ,, theek hei bhulna nahi .

Dadima : nahi bhulenge ,, be good beta ,, dono ache se raha ,, OK .

Meera: ji , don't worry ,, u take care ,, bye ,, GN.

Dadima wished GN to Geet also nd told her to call in d mrng , then Dadima called Maan ,, both talked long about d matter nd she told him about d opening of resort ,, Maan felt bad for Geet , she didn't even say a word to him knowing his prob ,, he knew that A&A too felt bad if she won't go there ,, she was equal partner .

He didn't say anything to Geet but planned something but 1^st he had to finished his work here ,, he talked to Geet very normally nd thank Meera too for giving company to her friend ,, Geet nd Meera talked for some time nd then got busy in their lappy ,, Meera was chatting on FB nd Geet was revising her syllabus ,, that night spent in peace .
