Khamoshiyaan when Silence Speaks

Maan could not accept the marriage, but was slowly getting used to her silent presence..and finally her absence, the fear of losing her made him realize her place in his life..the habit became the necessity..

wonderfully written, loved the way past was unfolded through a thorough retrospection Maan had, analyzing himself, noticing Geet's devotion, comparing Sam's going away with Geet's..and a lovely ending.

The Finished Hour

sad and painful end..

an hour with terrifying present and memories of past..the once peaceful life of promises and a future they were looking for, then the turn which suddenly changed their lives including the context of the promise in the end..

the hour of terror finished leaving her bleeding completely, less physically, more mentally..beautifully written.

such an intriguing, playful hide and seek game...

the shy and timid Geet, became the mysterious girl in Maan's life..the dance, messages, clues were so fascinating...though she is disappointed for it being the delusion he is fancied towards, could not stop living in the fantasy..but in the end, Maan caught the real of her.

loved that Maan came to claim for the dance, talked about noticing her before and kept a positive hope about the 60-40 chances..a lovely story.

The dialogue 'zindagi ki har...' if to be used in a different context, it is used most intelligently here, the haunting one.

Geet tried to move on from Maan's betrayal, succeeded in showing the same to all including Maan, but still never could do it from her heart as it was only Maan as her love..

and his guilt & conscience in the back of his mind lead him to this state. but why he never asked for the forgiveness, I thought at least in the end he will or may be because Geet was waiting & expecting only his love confession..

Vickey was a good friend supporting Geet, but if he could have let them meet and decide for themselves...the end was saddening.

the haunting part, helplessness of everyone was depicted too well..

Maan secretly admiring Geet, but never appreciated her in person and expressed his feelings..

but the 'special someone' triggered the chord, and Maan is chakkar lagawing (taking rounds) of her building in his car...then dashing angrily into her house to check that someone, I was like calm down, dadaji sach main jaag jayenge..

loved the jealous Maan, his confession, and the lighthearted mood of the story.

the telly world of trps..illogical story changes, increasing torture to the protagonist female lead to increase trps, fan fights, the opportunists...so very true.

and the impact of it on the married life of the two actors Maan, Geet...where they have to keep the marriage secret..their different perspectives about other working with someone else..

finally Maan finds the way to get back the original story track and to declare their marriage, of course using the same tactics of this world..

the story was like giving a glimpse of the reality behind the reel world in humorous way. Enjoyed reading it.
