Part 3

(Flash Back continues)

Geet smiled up and went and freshened up, she still can't believe Maan came to her room and took care of her, it made her happy and also blush up, until now she only angered and felt disguised with the name and frame of Guys but for the first time she blushed thinking about Maan and she had an argue to go and meeting him now, "Baba ji, atleast I have to thank him na, and also scold him, he can't come into my home like this" Geet thought and she heard someone knocking her door,

"Geet di" Rachi voice came up and Geet went and opened the door with a smile, "Geet di" Rachi to smiled and hugged her, "You are ok" she asked, "I am fine," Geet said, "And your fever" Rachi asked, "It's gone" Geet said and Rachi jumped up, "come on, let's get ready to school now, go on, you to go and get ready" Geet said and Rachi nodded and went away, Geet' Mom and Dhar ji got shocked to see her came down all dressed up in uniform,

"Geet" Dhar ji's voice gave her a shiver and Geet stopped up, "Geet, you no need to go to school today, you can rest up" Dhar ji said, "It's ok Dhar ji, I am fine, and also my exams are heading up, so I can't bunk my classes" Geet said, "Oie, don't talk too much, do as Dhar ji says" Breej's voice came up, scaring Geet up, "go to your room, no need to worry about exams all, it has no meaning in your life, sending you to the school was only as an social status value" Breej roared,

Geet eyes filled up as her anger was controlled up, Geet then turned around and went back to her room and throw her bag away and laid on the bed, "Baba ji" she cried up, "Geet," Geet's mom came up, "Geet, don't take it wrong dear, oh, you were having fever and you seems weak, right, so only Dhar ji must have told like that, it's for your goodness only" her mom said and Geet looked at her, she was anger on her mom, but she knew that she too was bought by with the same thought that an women had to live under the shadow of her husband and his family and whatever they say or do is right,

Geet breathed out, and then looked at her mother, "Maa, I will rest up, don't disturb up, when I feel hungry, I will come down for lunch" Geet said and her mother nodded up and went away, Geet then locked her door and roamed for a few minutes and then saw the locket on the table, and an idea flashed in her mind, Geet thought for a second and went and took the locket and handkie and the letter Maan left there and went to her balcony and looked around and jumped down,

It was sunny and Geet was careful not to be caught in anybody's eyes and chosen the field route and was carefully running up, "Baba ji, finally" Geet breathed in relief as she reached the dam site and she smiled big as he saw the tent and the jeep there, "Thank you Baba ji, he is here" Geet said and looked for Maan around the place and she slowly went inside the tent as he was not outside and he was not in the tent too, "where did he go" Geet thought and came out and stared at the blue water,

Suddenly from the water, he raised like an sun, splashing the water, Geet looked at him with her eyes wide open, his shirtless skin was shining up with the water droplets, "Baba ji, will he ever wear a shirt" Geet asked feeling shy and mesmerized by him, "Baba ji," Geet shouted as she saw him walking to the tent, Geet was suddenly feeling nervous and tensed and then she thought for a second and decided what to do,

Maan entered in and stopped still as he saw the locket there, "Geet" his heart raised up, and he looked around but she was not there, Maan rushed outside but still she was not there, "Geet" Maan thought and come in and looked at his handkie and an letter, Maan opened the letter, and it was the letter he left her today morning and down to it was Geet's words, "Thank you, I am fine now, but entering into an girl's room like this is not good, don't you dare do like that again" Maan smiled reading it and came out with a smile and looked around,

Maan's glance suddenly stopped as he saw Geet's dupatta flowing up in the wind behind the trees, Maan smiled and went inside the tent and came with an letter in his hand, Geet looked at him hiding behind the tree, and peeping up slightly, Maan knowing she is watching him, walked up to the big rock near by the woods, and stopped a few feet's away from Geet's hideout and kept the letter on the big rock and an small stone on it,

"Baba ji, I need you to take this to Geet, somehow or another please Make Geet read it, I am leaving now, tomorrow I will come back to see whether you have fulfilled my wishes, Baba ji, you are hearing me na, I am going home now" Maan said out loud and walked away with a grin, Geet came out of the tree as she heard the jeep sound, and she saw Maan going away, Geet went and took over the letter Maan kept on the rock, "Good that you are alright but that doesn't mean I will obey you, if I want to jump in to your room, then I will, it's my wish, if you can, try and stop me, but remember I am not scared of you nor your monster brother,"

"Baba ji, look at him, how dare he says he will jump in to my room, when even he likes too, like it's his In-laws house" Geet said and smiled about her own words and went towards the tent and took an paper and pen and wrote her thought and pinned the letter in one of his shirt hanging there and went away,

Geet was drowned in the flashback looking at the roaring water waves before her, that day, their meeting, she could never forget, for the first time she felt that not all the guys are same, seeking opportunity to use an girl for their desire, but there is also something called care and concern in their heart even for a stranger girl, Geet looked around, from that day this dam site had become their favorite meeting spot, their post office, Everyday Geet would come here after the school,

And she will find a letter pinned to the tent, and she will read it and write the reply and go away, mostly it will be indirect and words of fight, and anger but deep inside those words were Love filled heart of theirs, the last time when Geet came here, there was no tent nor Jeep, but Maan himself with his bags and Geet saw him keeping something on the ground and walk away looking at Geet, and Geet rushed towards the place and saw an letter and the locket, "I got an telegram today to join the training camp tomorrow, it will take seven or eight month, I am leaving tonight, stay away from problems,"

Geet could still remember her tears rolling down her cheeks, reading it, and still see Maan walking away with bags away looking towards her, Geet signed and an smiled appeared as she thought that he is finally back, but where is he, Geet thought, and turned around and she got shocked as she dashed on Maan, and looked at him with her wide eyes, her heart was beating at her throat, the same big eyes, the smile less hard face, made a chillness in her palms, Maan looked at her face, the face which he was dreaming each day, those eyes dazzling in his heart all day and night,

Geet moved away and so as Maan, Maan and Geet was struck with no words, they were so happy but more than that nervous, They were silent looking down, "why is she silent, I thought she would run in to my arms, or atleast smile up with happiness, but she is standing as if she saw an ghost" Maan thought confused, "Baba ji, why is he silent, I thought he would come and hug me up but he is looking like he didn't expect me here" Geet thought,

And they both looked at each other for a long time, "What are you looking at, Tell me something Geet, ask me something, atleast tell me that you came for me, you missed me, something" Maan thought looking at her big golden globe, "Tell me Maan, tell me something, tell me you are here for me, and you didn't forget me," Geet thought looking at his big black eyes, But after a long silent Maan broke it off, "Geet, why you came here," Maan asked just to break the silence and his words was shocking Geet.

"Seriously, doesn't he know why I am here," Geet thought shocked at his question, "Atleast now tell me Geet, that you came for me" Maan thought, "I came to.. I came to..I came to the Bazaar" Geet said finally looking away, "What, Bazaar, well I can't see an bazaar here," Maan asked looking at her and Geet looked at him and his naughtiness shining up, "Baba ji, how he is asking, doesn't he know why I am here," Geet thought and decided to play the game, "Yes, I came to the nearby bazaar and got lost" Geet said putting Maan to shock,

"Got lost, got lost" Maan said frustrated and kicked the ground, "So you came here by mistake" Maan asked and Geet nodded a yes, and looked away, "What the hell, six month, six month I worked that hard, day and night, so I would complete my training soon and come back home to see her and she is," Maan thought his anger boiling up his brain, "What kind of reaction is this, last six month, I was counting every day and night, hours and minutes to see him and, he is" Geet thought,

Geet looked surprised when Maan held her by her arms and looked into her shocked eyes, "You got lost, that why you are here" Maan asked between his teeth and Geet said an yes, "Come on", Maan said dragged her by her arms and made her to sit in the jeep and drove up, Geet was just staring at his face which was burning with anger as he was driving, Maan the suddenly stopped his jeep, "Get down, go straight and turn right, bazaar will be there," Maan said and Geet looked shocked and at the darkening sky up, "Get down," Maan scorned at her, "What" Geet asked shocked, looking around, "I said get down, Geet" Maan yelled again, "Here" Geet asked unbelievably, "Yes" Maan said out loud,

"But how will I go back" Geet asked as she got down from the jeep looking around, "Same way, as I told you," Maan said in his serious attitude, "Alone" Geet asked still can't believe that Maan's trying to leave her in this deserted place, "You came with a troop ah?" Maan asked irritating Geet more, "You, you, you are so, so heartless," Geet said as she got irritated to the core, by the attitude, "So you are, brainless," Maan replied immediately, "I hate you," Geet shouted up, "When did I say, I love you, I hate you more," Maan said and started his jeep and turned around and went away,

"Maan, Maan, Maan don't leave me alone, Maan, Baba ji, did you see him, he left me all alone, I mean, I can go alone, but still how can he, he is so mean, and after all these days, I was waiting to see him and he, he doesn't change a bit, I hate him Baba ji" Geet murmured up and started walking up, As Geet was walking up in the forest road, looking at the thick woods around her, she stopped suddenly as she heard some noise, frozen in fear, and Geet slowly looked around, after a few minutes of search, Geet smiled big sudden,

"Maan," she smiled as she him behind the tree, "Baba ji, can't even hide properly, what training he got in the camp" Geet thought, Maan looked at her peeping behind the tree, "Hope she saw me, what does she think I don't care for her" Maan thought, still felling upset, "Hmm, Baba ji, why is guys always like this, he cares for me, and why can't be show it up, why this hide and seek game, men and their big ego, well does only guys have ego, girls too have it, right Baba ji" Geet thought and walked up,

Maan followed her all the way till she reaches her drive where Rachi was waiting for her, "Geet di" Rachi rushed towards her and hugged her, "Thank god, you are back, I was scared," Rachi said, "Geet di, what happened, did you see him, did he come there, what happened" Rachi asked eagerly, Geet knew that Maan was there near her somewhere hiding up, "Rachi, I don't have time to talk about that Dusht Danav, let's go home," Geet said and walked away,

"Dusht Danav" Maan was shocked by the name Geet gave him, Maan came out of his hide out and saw Geet walking away with Rachi, "Dusht Danav, how dare she is, I completed my training so soon to see her, and after coming here, I didn't even rest up a day, I came down to see her and I walked her till here, and she calls me Dusht Danav," Maan thought but somewhere inside his heart he loved the name and all her acts, and nodded up and went away,

Geet got ready to sleep when Rachi came up, "Geet di, did you see him, my head will break now, please tell na" Rachi asked begging up, "Yes" Geet said roughly, "What did he say," Rachi asked slowly, "Nothing," Geet said, "He forgot you", Rachi asked scared, "No" Geet said, "Then" Rachi asked confused, Geet then pulled her close and said her everything that happened, "Geet di, atleast you could have talked to him na," Rachi asked,

"Why, Why should I say," Geet asked, "Di, he came just yesterday, but instead taking rest, being in his home, he came there to see you, I mean, it's been six months and he too doesn't know what you are thinking right," Rachi said, "Right, but I too was there, so can't he understand I came for me" Geet asked making her childish angry face, "Ah, you are right di, but" Rachi started, "Oie, why are you supporting him so much" Geet asked sudden hovering on Rachi, "I am not supporting but saying his point of view, someone had to help Jiju right" Rachi said making Geet's eyes go wide,

"Jiju, how dare you call him Jiju, you" Geet jumped up and Rachi smiled and rushed away from her room, "Jiju" Geet thought but her face was having an big smile, "This Rachi na, what all she is speaking" Geet thought but she forgot she was smiling from ear to ear with happiness flowing up, when Rachi called him JIJU,

"Dusht Danav, she called me Dusht Danav, why won't she say, ran all the way down here to see her right, she will say this" Maan thought, "but atleast I could have said something, after all, after six months we are meeting, and she too must be missing me right, that's why she should have come there to see me," Maan thought as he relaxed up, "but still doesn't she know that I was there for her, can't she say something first, always saying need equal rights for girls, now what happen, why should I say, when she could have" Maan's ego kicked in, and he turned off the light and hit the bed,
