Ishq Shava : Love Is Cure

Part 33

Maan rushed into the City Lights hospital and it was already 4.30 in the morning, Geet and Adi too ran up with him, and stopped near the reception, and before Maan could open his mouth, "Mr.Khurana" An voice came up and Maan turned around so as Geet and Adi, "Yes" Maan said looking puzzled as Maan in the doctor's white coat was standing there with a smile, "Glad to meet you, I am Dev, doctor Dev Singh Rathore, Dadi maa's, I mean, Mrs. Savitri Khurana's Doctor" Dev said and Maan smiled at him,

"How is she, what happened, why is she in hospital" Maan asked freaking out, "relax, Mr.Khurana, come with me" he said and walked Maan with him and Geet and Adi followed him, and they all entered in to Dev's cabin, "Ms.Geet, right and you are Mr.Adi" Dev said and Maan looked at him shocked, "how do you know us all" Maan asked looking at Dev, and Dev smiled up, "Now, please sit down, Oh, Dadi maa told me this, actually me and my team were the camp doctors, for her whole team," Dev said,

"As far as I knew, you asked the health minister to send an efficient doctors team to look after Dadi maa and her friends, right and so the minister chose my team, and I am with her from day one of her arrival, what an fun filled lovely lady she was, and so caring too, and she used to miss you all and she showed me the pictures of you in her tab, and thus can recognize you all," Dev finished, "But still why is she in the hospital" Maan asked still worried, "oh nothing serious, actually her BP got changed and her palpitation got a bit high three days ago,"

"And it's normal too, her age and the mountain heights, and the change in climate and the excitement, it's perfectly normal for her age, and just a good rest it need, I was above to call you but she stopped me as she said you would be worried, but after knowing about the accident she knew, you would be freaking out and so called up," Dev finished, "Can we see her now" Geet spoke after a long time, and Dev looked at her, her innocent eyes pleading up, "sure, why not, but make sure, you don't make her speak so much,"

"She is fine, but not that fine, she needs some rest now, and in two days I can guarantee that she can go for trekking again" Dev said with a big smile, "Thank you" Maan said and Dev smiled big, "It's my Duty Mr.Khurana, and I think her sickness was an blessing in disguise as if she was ok, she too would have gone in that bus, so don't worry and thank god for it" Dev said and walked Maan out and Adi and Geet followed him

"Dadi maa, look who has come to meet you" Dev smiled big as he entered into Dadi maa's room, "Maan, Geet, Adi" Dadi maa smiled big and Geet and Maan rushed towards her and hugged her from either side, Dev smiled at them, "Mr.Adi, make sure you don't disturb her more, take care" Dev said and went away, "Kids, I am fine, I am totally fine, it's just that Dev, I mean the doctor, who is telling I need rest" Dadi maa said and Maan pulled from her and Geet too slowly pulled from her,

Adi slowly went near her and touched her feet, "You sure scared the hell out of us Dadi maa" Adi commented, making her laugh, "oh, I am sorry kids, some bad fate, now as everything is fine, don't be sad" Dadi maa said, "Bad Fate" Maan yelled up, "This is why I told you not to come here, but no, you never listen to me, do you have any idea what I went through till I come here, how scared I was, how will I even thing of such an thing and my life went away standing before that Mortuary, I was dead for a second" Maan said pained up,

"Maan, I am sorry dear," Dadi maa said and Maan rushed away from the room, "Maan" Dadi maa called up, "Geet" Dadi maa turned towards her, "he is right Dadi maa, he was always right, you shouldn't have come here, you know when the news came up, he was broken into pieces and was crying up, I have never seen him like this before, so hurt and pained, he was life less and numb until you called up" Geet said and Dadi maa held her face,

"From now onwards, will never go against his words ok," Dadi maa said and Geet hugged her, "Thank you Dadi maa," Geet smiled big, "Dadi maa, you rest up, Doctor warned not to disturb you more" Geet said, "oh that Dev" Dadi maa scorned up, "Please, if not for the doctor, atleast for me," Geet said and Dadi maa nodded up, "Geet, you go and convince Maan sir, I will be with Dadi maa" Adi said and Geet nodded and went away,

Geet searched for Maan and the she finally found him outside the hospital, in the lonely lane, it was till dark and freezing up more, Geet held herself around with her arms, and went towards Maan and touched his shoulders and Maan turned around and he was looking so calm, "I know how happy you are, don't fake up an anger, please" Geet said slowly, and Maan smiled up, and hugged Geet up, "I am happy, Dadi maa is safe and don't say this to Dadi maa, I need to be anger with her, for what she had done to me," Maan said, and Geet pulled from him, "Just listen to me, you heard what the doctor said right, her condition is not so well, and if she gets upset, it might make it worst, after she is totally fine, you can pour your anger on her, but not now, please"

Maan looked at Geet's pleading eyes, and he knows she is right and so he nodded a yes, "Come on" Geet said as she held Maan's hands and walked him towards Dadi maa's room, and asked Maan to go inside, Seeing Maan, Adi got up, and smiled and walked away, leaving the Dadi maa and Maan alone, "Maan, I am sorry, I promise that I will listen to you from now, please, forgive me for once," Dadi maa pleaded and Maan sat near her and held her hand, and slowly leaned over her, and kept his head on her shoulder,

"Dadi maa, you know that I can't live without you, even the thought hurts me to hell, don't you dare do this to me again, or else your Maan will not be alive" Maan said and Dadi maa held his head and caressed his hair, "No Maan, don't say like that, I am not going anywhere from you, I have so many duties too, so only the lord himself kept me safe" Dadi maa and Maan pulled from her and looked at her, "still I need to see your marriage, play with my grand children's watch them grow up" Dadi maa said and Maan smiled up slightly at her comment,

Dadi maa looked at Maan shocked, "Maan, smiling for this comment, normally he would only get anger with the topic of marriage or would atleast turn upset, but now, what's happening" Dadi maa thought looking at Maan, "Dadi maa, you take rest, I will go and met the doctor and come, ok" Maan said and went away, as Maan walked out, Geet looked at his calm face, "Geet, go, take care of Dadi maa, I will meet the doctor and come," Maan said and Geet nodded and Maan walked from there with Adi,

Geet went and sat near Dadi maa and smiled up, "Geet, what happened to Maan" Dadi maa asked shocking Geet, "why Dadi maa" Geet asked confused, "No, normally when I talk about marriage, his will turn hell angry but now, he was so calm, and he was cool with it," Dadi maa asked and Geet looked down, "Ah, I forgot to ask, did Maan shout at you or yell up when I was away" Dadi maa asked slowly, "No Dadi maa, not at all, he is so sweet, he never yell up, he had changed a lot" Geet said and Dadi maa's smiled up,

"Really, thank god, may be my prayers and my risking up to come here had not gone in vein," Dadi maa said and Geet smiled up, "Geet, you know anything about the reason for his change, I means, did he say about any girl" Dadi maa asked and Geet looked down, "I am sure, only an girl's love can turn such an guy like this, so soon" Dadi maa asked and Geet got up and turned around, feeling caught and embarrassed, "well, will find out" Dadi maa continued and Geet looked away,

"Excuse me" Maan knocked Dev's cabin, "come in" Dev said and seeing Maan he smiled up big, "Mr.Khurana, please come in" Dev said as he stood up to receive him, "did you see Dadi maa, feeling better" Dev asked, "Yes, Thank you Doctor" Maan said, "Please, don't thank me, it's my duty, that's what I am appointed for," Dev said, and Maan nodded up, "Can I take her home" Maan asked suddenly, "Mr.Khurana, you can, but I would advise you to wait for a day or so, travelling is not so right for her,"

"Ok, I will not argue with her health, as you say," Maan said, "Oh, Thanks for understanding Mr.Khurana, will arrange for your stay in the hospital guest house even, but" Dev started and Maan looked at him puzzled, "I don't know whether it will be up to your standard, it's just a small cottage" Dev said as he knew about Maan and his fame, "No problem, I can adjust" Maan said and Dev nodded, "then ok, you wait in Dadi maa's room, I will send you an word, once the place is ready" Dev said,

Maan nodded at the big smiling face of Dev and went towards the Dadi maa's room, "Adi, everything is fine here, you can leave now, will take care" Maan said and Adi nodded up, "Maan sir, for your stay" Adi asked, "don't worry, doctor said he will even arrange for it," Maan said, "Ok sir" Adi said, and they both went towards Dadi maa's room, and Geet was making juice for Dadi maa, "Geet, where did you get the fruits" Maan asked, "Dev bought it dear" Dadi maa said and Maan nodded an ok,

"Dadi maa, Geet, I am leaving, please take care Dadi maa and come back soon to Delhi," Adi said as he went and got Dadi maa's blessing, "You too take care Dear" Dadi maa said, "Take care Adi sir, and Thank you" Geet said and Adi smiled and went away, and Maan went and sat on the couch looking at some magazines there, "Maan, who look dead tired, so as Geet, so you both go and get refreshed up, and rest up, and it almost 6.30" Dadi maa said,

"You no need to worry about that Dadi maa" Dev entered in with a big smile followed by two nurse, "How are you feeling now" Dev asked as he held her hand to check the pulse, "fine, Dev" she said with a smile, "Good" he said and he asked his nurse to check her BP and take some blood sample, and turned to Maan, "Mr.Khurana, by the way, the cottage had been made ready, it's just behind the hospital building, you can go and rest up" Dev said, "It's ok," Maan said, "Mr.Khurana, trust me, you need rest" Dev said,

"Doctor is right, you go on, I will be with Dadi maa" Geet said looking at Maan, "Ms.Geet, you too look tired, so I would insist you too to go along with him, and ah, don't worry about Dadi maa, I will visit her often and my two nurses will be with her always and also, it our rule to keep the relatives away, so they won't feel like talking and rest up," Dev explained looking at Geet, "Dev is right, you both go and have rest, and don't worry I am fine, ok" Dadi maa too said, "Ok, Geet, come on" Maan said and Geet nodded and went with him, saying a bye.

Geet and Maan walked into the small cottage, and it was small, yet beautiful, looked like an big hall with a small open kitchen, in one side, and big bed in another side near the doorway, an fire place and was an small cupboard attached to the wall, and an small door leading towards the bathroom, and a small wooden changing rack right outside the bathroom door, Geet looked around, and opened the bathroom door and looked in,

It was a small one, but looked right with the room, Geet saw that fresh towels and toiletries are kept there, and then she came out and looked into the kitchen racks, which had coffee and tea powder packets, milk packets and sugar packets were there along with some fresh veggies, fruits and a rice packet and species, "over" Maan asked and Geet looked up, and Saw Maan standing in the corner looking at Geet, with his folded Hand,

"Ji" Geet started and closed her mouth up immediately, and Maan grinned up, "Looks like someone forgot their lesson," Maan said as he stepped up, "Maan," Geet said and Maan stopped up, "You go and fresh up, I will make you the Coffee" Geet said and Maan nodded and went inside the bathroom, "Baba ji, escaped, Geet, it's Maan, not ji, remember," Geet said to herself,

"Maa, why are looking tensed, that too in this early morning" Naintara asked as she came from her room and sat on the couch, "What to do Naintara, the tourist bus Savitri ji went to Amarnath was got into an accident, but thank goodness, she is safe" she said and Naintara turned serious, "So where is she now," Naintara asked, "there only, heard that Maan, Geet and Adi went there to see her" she said, "Oh, so Maan and Geet in Kashmir ah, good" Naintara grinned up her evil grin, "Nice place for a nice plan," Naintara thought,

"Wow, looks like the fate is on my side, hmm, Geet, what should I do with you, just take you away from Maan or from the world itself, hmm, let me think" Naintara thought and went to her room, and looked at Maan's king size photo on her wall surrounded by his other different stills, "Maan, when you come from Kashmir, you will be mine, just Naintara's" Naintara said and kissed his lips on the pics and smiled up as he jumped on to her bed and took her mobile and called someone,

"Dadi maa" Geet and Maan Entered Dadi maa's room at 8.00, "Maan, Geet, I asked you to rest up right" Dadi maa said looking at them, "Yes but we are not tired, are we Geet" Maan asked and Geet nodded a no, "How are you now Dadi maa" Geet asked as she sat near her on the bed, and Dadi maa caressed her face, "Totally fine, stop worrying about me," Dadi maa said, "How will I not worry about you, you are our heart beat" Geet said, and Dadi maa got up and sat on the bed,

Maan went and kept a pillow behind her and she leaned on it, and Maan too sat on the other side, "I am totally fine, and you both stop over reacting," Dadi maa said as she caressed Maan and Geet's face, and pulled them close to her and making them lean on her each shoulders, and caressed their hair, Maan looked at Dadi maa and Geet and slowly held Geet's shoulder from behind and Geet looked at Maan and blushed up immediately, Dadi maa then kissed both Maan and Geet through their hair and pulled them up,

"As you both are not tired, why don't you go and look around the place," Dadi maa said and Geet and Maan looked at each other, "Maan, no buts, and you almost forgot to spend time for yourself, always, work, business, presentations, projects, this is an beautiful place and so have some lovely moments, and also Geet had never been out like this, so atleast for her sake, take her out, she will feel better," Dadi maa said, and Geet looked at Dadi maa, and wondered how she could think of her all the time, she want Geet to be happy and Geet felt she is so much blessed, when she is with Dadi maa,

"Ok, I am fine with it" Maan said and Geet looked at him and at Dadi maa, "Don't worry Geet, Maan will take care of you, Maan don't yell at her ok, and don't leave her alone" Dadi maa said and Maan looked at Geet, "No Dadi maa, I will look after your darling girl, so well, I will keep her, as close as possible ok" Maan said and Geet looked at him with her wide eyes, and smiled an silly smile as his words send an chill, "Good, Go Geet, have fun" she said and Geet nodded an ok, and they both went away,
