Hey...I read all parts in one go only and I really liked it.
Maan-Geet belong to a very conservative family. For them their values and their tradition is above from someone's happiness and desires. They are having an arranged marriage. Geet wants to be a doctor but her family never approved so she was having all expectation from her husband. Anjali makes her understand to talk with Maan and that he would definitely listen her since he himself is very educated. I liked Maan's bonding with his siblings but his attitude ki "Geet k aa jane se is ghar main kuch nhi badlega na maa k rules na meri priorities...kuch cheez badlegi toh wo hai humare family members ki counting...uske ilawa is ghar main kuch change nhi hoga.kuch nhi..." hmmm..not so sure if I'll be able to appreciate that attitude completely
Also I'm not so sure about Brij's attitude also...
Their marriage happened with all rituals. Liked the fact that Maan left it on Geet about taking their relation forward giving her space and time to accept it..but Geet submitted herself to Maan as she accepted him whole heartedly. Aww..sweet sweet morning scene.
She was playing her whole duties with love and dedication but getting up at 4am thora zayada nai hai..
Chalo its good ki Anjali-Brij ke differences clear hogaye...Vicky-Manvi budding relation..word of caution for both orthodox type family hai dono ki
Maaneet went for honeymoon where they spend quality time with each other. They get to know about each other and they also expressed their feelings for each other. I was shocked when Geet had put kapur in her hand and climbing stairs by her knees. She did all this because she loves Maan immensely. She couldn't able to contact him so she was scared and for his well-being she was doing such task.
Their life was going very smoothly and their relation growing. Geet gave them good news about her pregnancy. Everyone was happy... until Geet told them she wants to study and become a doctor. But Maan's attitude not good for making his family happy he shouted on geet only for saying. Everyone's reaction was not good...Annie standing up to her mom was good..but stupid Maan...whatever it may have been aaram se bhi baat ho saki thi room me bhi he was just plain rude
Maan is so angry with that incident ki he hasn't been talking to Geet also...Isn't he supposed to be her support and responsible for her well-being and happiness...
Thora zayada orthodox hai ye family...driving me bhi problem...Im not liking this
Good that atleast they made-up but I am waiting when he will see things from others pov and understand things differently
So whats the surprise he has planned..??
