Coming to ur question Except from Maan only Dadima knew about his crime. If u go through his confession he said after his sisters death a year later his dad also passed away...Maan was devastated with the guilt & one after another loss he couldnt take it anymore n broke down before Dadima n told her about his wrong doings. I dont know whether or not Maan told her its the same girl he married afterwards but I think this elderly lady is smart enough to understand why he would suddenly get married to a mute village girl from Hoshiyaarpur.
