"Yeh aap kya kar rahe ho muje kuch samaj mein nahi aaraha hai" chided dadi seeing his excitement.

"Ofo my beautiful girl friend relax. See when annie comes she should be surprised seeing her room and let me do this by myself. You know about annie right she is such a child" told her grandson who is very much excited to meet his sister who is coming the next week.

"She is not a child anymore maan, she is getting married" told dadi.

Maan made a face as his little sister is getting married, he still can't believe that. Till yesterday she use run behind him for every small thing and now she has grown big that she is getting married. How beautiful their childhood was, he pampers her and brings whatever she asks or before she asks anything he used to shower her with her favorite things.

"Maan rest for some time you have night duty today" told dadi don't want to see his sad again thinking about annie.

"Ji" told maan. "Dadi, I think you didn't forget your afternoon medicine" asked maan folding his hands over his chest and looking seriously at her.

Dadi smiled cheekily and told "Yeah maan actually..." maan didn't give her any chance to talk further.

"I knew it dadi, you are the most irresponsible lady I have ever seen. Oh god just wait a minute I will check your BP" told maan and went to his room to get the blood preasure monitor and checked dadi's BP though dadi denied but whom she is dealing with.

"When you were doing your MBBS I was so happy thinking my grandson will be here if there is any problem but now I repent each and every day" told dadi making faces.

"See it's above normal Mrs. Khurana. Wait I will tell to whom I have to" told maan and shouted for his dadu.

"Maan, don't call your dadu please" requested dadi but maan is not in mood to listen dadi. With in few seconds dadu Mr. Yash Singh Khurana came and asked "Yes maan, what happened?" When he saw Bp monitor he understood everything.

Dadi smiled nervously at both the hitlers of her life. "I promise I will have medicines regularly from now on" told dadi making baby face.

"Better or else maan will take care of you" told dadu seriously and he knew maan is there with them and he will take care of everything be it dadi or family.

Maan gave medicine to dadi and trio chatted for some time. Maan went to his room and rested; he lied down on his bed and closed his eyes.

In geet's house

Geet is getting ready to go to college while her mom came there to call her for breakfast.

"Geet beta naashta ke liye aajao" told her mom.

"Nahi maa, I am not hungry" told geet not even looking at her.

She walked to geet and asked "What happened geet? Tumati tabiyat tho theek hai na?"

"Mujhe kuch nahi hua hai maa I am fine and frankly speaking I am very happy that I will be soon going to India away from this hell" told geet facing her mom.

"Geet" whispered her mom feeling hurt but she can't do anything against her husband.

"Please maa don't disturb me I am getting late for college. I have to go" told geet and took her bag rushing out.

Geet walked out of the house and she felt good as she didn't face her dad and brother, her heart is paining thinking why she can't be like any other girl whose parents love their daughter. Love from her dad is far away she don't even get a chance to talk normally and share her feelings and pain. And her engagement with dev, they didn't even ask whether she likes dev or not and just fixed the alliance. Today when every girl is standing on her feet and living a life like she loves but here she don't even have right to share her opinion. Sometimes she want to shout on her dad but she can't even do that as she don't have those guts. At least she has her mom as a relief, though she won't say anything against her husband but she will be a shoulder when geet wants to cry.

Geet switched off her mobile and decided to walk to college as she wants to be alone for sometime at least. She should be happy as she is going to India for her internship but if her dad has asked whether she would like to go or not she would have felt very happy but he just ordered that she has to go to India. Geet is just a puppet in her dad's hands. Geet walked towards the park which is near her house, she is not in a mood to go to college even. She just have to submit a letter as she is doing her internship in India. So she thought to go to park and spend some time.

In India

Maan got up in the evening and climbed down the steps, he saw dadu talking on phone and dadi watching TV.

"Hiii dadi, I will get ready and go to hospital as there is some emergency" told maan.

"Ok maan, but have something before you go. I will prepare some snacks for you" told dadi.

"Its all right dadi, I will have in canteen and you don't stress much" told maan.

Dadi smiled and nodded. Then she remembered something and called maan who is going to his room.

"Maan I need to tell you something"

Maan turned back and faced dadi. "Ji"

"Annie ke saath uski best friend geet bhi aa rahi hai. Mohinder uncles daughter geet" told dadi.

"Ohh ok, what I have to do" asked maan.

"Actually maan she completed her MBBS and wanna do internship here. So I offered in our hospital" told dadi.

"Without interview I wont appoint any one dadi, she has to undergo interview if she gets selected then only she can do her internship in our hospital" told maan.

"Maan you too know she is good at her studies. You both were friends maan" told dadi.

"Anyways dadi, I can't go against rules" told maan and left from there.

Maan got ready and went to hospital, oops forgot to tell you he is Dr. Maan Singh Khurana and a successful Neuro Surgeon.
