Next day...

Dadi was going to temple...she wanted some one to come but everyone was busy in their works...Maan, veer, Anu and geet have to go to office...Naina had to take angel to school and she wanted to visit her parents that day...so she is busy...Meera went with her...RB also joined with them...

Dadi was standing in front of god and praying...along with meera and rb...

Some special pooja was going on and some ladies were performing the pooja...meera enquired about the pooja...

Pandit ji...ek bade pandit ji aaye hain...unhone mandir mein aaj ek khas pooja karr rahe hain...aaj purnima bhi hai. ...aaj Jo bhi pooja Karke ...upwas rakh ke...pooja sindhur lagati hain...uski pati ki umar lambi hojati hain...

Rb...wow mb ( meera bhabhi) aap bhi yeh sindhur pandit ji de lijiye...bhai ki lambi umar ke liye aap bhi lagayiye...and then he looked at her forehead...there is no sindhur...he looked at her neck and he didn't find any mangalsutre...meera also found it that she didn't have any mangalsutre or sindhur...she found it odd...and looked at rb...

Rb- mb aapki to na mangalsutre hain Nahi sindhur...aap kyun Nahi lagati ho...

Meera - mujhe Nahi pata rb...Maine kabhi dhyan hi Nahi diya...she said in a dull voice...

Rb - Lekin naina bhabhi toh pehenti hain ...phir aap kyun Nahi...aur dadi ne kuch Nahi kaha...unhone naina bhabhi se kaha ki koi ek nishane hamesha pehene...Maine unhe sindhur aur mangalsutre hamesha pehenti dekha hain...

Meera - phir dadi ne mujhe kuch kyun Nahi kaha...aur mera mangalsutre kaha Gaya...

Rb - dadi se poochthe hain...

Meera yaha Nahi rb...baad mein...

Rb - Ok...mb

Later they reached home...and dadi went to take rest...

By they time naina also came...she couldnt go to her parents house as they suddenly left somewhere meera observed naina...she has sindhur and magalsutre...and she remembered rb's words...she thought...why dadi never told me about these things...are they not important for a married woman...for every married woman these are more than her life...then how come dadi never told her about wearing sindhur or mangalsutre ...she wanted to know from. Dadi...she went to dadi's room...she knocked the rooms door and entered. Dadi was on phone...she was talking to some one...she waited for dadi to finish her call... Dadi looked at her and asked the matter...meera thought dadi must have finished her call... She asked dadi...dadi mera magalsutre kaha hai dadi...

Dadi closed her eyes...she has expected something like this after hearing her talks with rb in the temple...she opened her eyes and then said...beta aap kyun pooch rahi hain...

Meera - Boliyena Dadi...Rb ne poocha toh mujhe ehsaas hua ki mera mangasutre nahi hain...aur aapne bhi kabhi nahi kaha ki main sindhur lagaoon...

Dadi - Kya bataye meera...jab hame bhi nahi maloom hain ki aapka Mangalsutre kaha hain...(hain bhi ya nahi...she thought)...

Meera - Dadi ..yeh aap kya keh rahi hain...

Dadi thought of giving her a hint as per Maan and her talks...even Malika said the same...

Dadi - Haa meera hum sach kehrahe hain...Jab shaadi hui...tab aap kisiko bina bataye chaligayi...ghar mein sab pareshaan the...baad mein maan ( and Geet too, but Dadi didn't tell her this) jab kahi se laut rahe the tab aap road ke side par dikhi unhe...aap behosh thi aur bohut khoon behraha tha. Maan aapko hospital leke gaye...

Meera was confused at what Dadi had said...Main ghar se chaligayi..kisis ko bina bataye...lekin kyun...

Dadi -Yeh toh aap hi bata sakti hain ...aur aap toh ab koshish bhi nahi karti ki kuch yaad aaye...

Meera - Dadi , Kya Maan isliye mujhse gussa hain ki main kisisi ko bina bataye chaligayi...

Dadi - ...

Meera asked hesitantly - Dadi...kya main sindhur lagaoon...

Dadi sighed...Nahi beta aisa nahi...abhi nahi...jab aap poori tarah se theek hojayengi...aap ko jab sab kuch yaad aajayega tab sochenge...lekin aise nahi...

Meera - Par Dadi...

Dadi - Hum bohut thak gaye hain...hum kuch der aaraam karna chahthe hain...hum baad mein baat karenge...

Meera half heartdly agreed and went away from there...

Dadi checked her mobile...the call was cut long back...

It was Geet who was talking to Dadi...She was shocked at meera's words...She looked through the glass partition...same time maan turned to see her...Geet has tears in her eyes and her face is full of tension...slowly her phone fell from her hands and she sat on the chair...

He was about go...Sasha came with some blue prints...He was held up as they have to be done immediately...

He kept on checking Geet through the glass partition...but geet was in her own world...she was thinking about Meera's words and suddenly a fear gripped her...she opened her bag and took out a box...she slowly opened the box and took out the chain into her hands..it is her mangalsutre...Maan saw her taking the mangalsutre from the box...by now he was sure that some thing was wrong...he stood up and dismissed sasha...he said...sasha...get them after lunch...and moved out of the cabin...he barged into geet's cabin...

Maan - Geet kya hua...

Geet looked up and again a fresh layer of tears formed...

Maan was about to probe her futher...he turned and saw sasha looking through the glass partition...He gave sasha a glare and she ran away from there...he closed the blinds...

He went to geet and shook her a little...she didn't say anything...but hugged him tightly...Maan was now sure that something was wrong...He was about to ask again...he felt her mobile near under his leg...He looked at her mobile...

He made Geet sit with difficulty as she was not leaving him and took her mobile...he saw the call list and called Dadi as it was last dailed no...

Dadi received and filled in the details ...Maan now understood her tension...

Maan - Meri taraf dekho geet...Geet kuch nahi hoga...

Geet composing her self...mujhe darr lag raha hain Maan...Meera di...and she showed him her Mangalsutre...He slowly took it from her and tied around her neck...yeh tumhara hain aur ispar haq sirf tumhara hain Geet...

Geet...agar meera di ko kuch yaad nahi aaya toh...

Maan - Toh bhi kuch nahi hoga...Maan hamesha geet ka hi rahega...

Geet - Lekin Maan...

Maan - kuch nahi hoga Geet mujh pe bharosa rakho...main toh abhi tayyar hoon sab ko batane ke liye lekin tumne hi mujhe apne wade se baandh diya hain...

Geet - Tab mujhe nahi maloom tha ki baat yaha tak aajayegi Maan...

Geet is feelng guilty for putting maan in the situation...

I know this is small...but plz...maaf kardo mujhe...agli baar lamba wala ...pakka...😳
