Mission Impossible: The Don n The Diva

Part 9

Maan was sitting in the meeting room when Wellington's manager came, "Hello, Mr.Khurana," He said and Maan too welcomed him and Made him sit, "Mr.Khurana, our boss was so very happy about the deal and so as my team, that girl was fantastic," he said and Maan felt happy, "Thank god, they overlooked Sasha's mistake," Maan thought, "My Team and my Boss decided to have that girl as our projects, our creative team head," he said,

"But Mr.Gupta, she is already our creative team head, and head architect," Maan said and he looked at Maan puzzled, "Really, I thought that the girl who was giving the presentation was the Creative Head of your team," He said and Maan looked at him puzzled now, "aren't you talking about Sasha," Maan asked slowly, "No, I mean, I was talking about that girl who gave the idea of Crystal glass," he said shocking Maan,

"What, you mean Geet, O My God, Mr.Gupta, she is my secretary, and she can't do this," Maan said, "No Mr.Khurana she was really good, my whole team was impressed and so as our boss loved the idea, she is so brilliant and I think she can," he said and Maan felt nervous now, "Mr.Gupta, Geet is too young, I mean in terms of experiences, she is not only new to this business but is new to the work environment even, just two days before only, she joined here,"

"she is just trying to fit herself in, into the work space and this project handling thing will be a big responsibility and will be an huge pressure for that little girl, reconsider your idea, she can't do it," Maan said, "Mr.Khurana, you are talking like she is gonna be alone in it, you are there to instruct her na, and your team is there to work with her, I mean, designing a building any engineer can do, but creativity is something different, and she has it, please" he said and Maan nodded,

"Ok, if you really want her to the creative team head I will make her, after all our client's wish is also so important," Maan said and Mr.Gupta smiled big, "Oh, Thank you Mr.Khurana, Thank you so much, so let's do an Launch party and start our work officially," Mr.Gupta said and Maan nodded, "Sure, I will even arrange the party on behalf of my company," Maan said and Mr.Gupta smiled big and thanked Maan and went away,

Maan thought for a minute and went to his cabin and called Geet, "Geet come to my cabin," Maan said and cut the call, "Baba Ji, why is he calling me, did he took an wrong meaning for my constant stare at him and so is he calling to warn me, Pinky had already said that he hates girls who hits on him, does he put me too in that list," Geet thought but still went to his cabin, she knocked twice and went in,

Maan knew Geet would freak out knowing about the project but he can't disappoint his client that too a big one like, the wellington groups, "Sir," Geet called not even looking at him, "Geet, I just had an meeting with Mr.Gupta and he said his team and his boss is very much impressed by your idea and speech yesterday," Maan said and Geet felt like breathing again, "Baba ji, thank you, it about the project only," Geet thought,

"And" Maan continued and Geet looked at him now, "they want you to be the creative head for this project," Maan said and Geet looked at him with her eyes widen up in shock, "Sir," Geet asked him shocked, "Me, creative head, but Sasha mam," Geet said, "Geet I know, but the client wishes it and I can't say not to my clients," Maan said and Geet felt like fainting up, "Sir, but I don't know nothing about it, I mean, I don't even know what's the meaning of the term, and what if I makes an mistakes, like Sasha mam did yesterday,"

"I mean she is so experienced and even she did a mistake and I don't know anything and if I do any mistake," Geet freaked out scared suddenly by the responsibility, "Geet, relax, I am not giving the whole project in your hands and asking to do it all by yourself, as per the clients you will be the creative head, but you don't really have to do much, you can be in the team and give the suggestions and views and before the clients you need to give presentation,"

"And Sasha, Tasha, Pinky, Adi, everyone will be there in your team to help you, and guide you if need," Maan said and Geet was still feeling an nervous, "Baba ji, I came here to impress him, if I take up this project, I will be busy and how will I do anything, and if I didn't do it correctly, he will get anger and even could get me out of the job, what will I do," Geet thought tensed, "Sir Please, I don't ,don't think, what if I Make any mistake, I mean," Geet said freaking out looking down,

"Geet, look at me," Maan said and Geet looked at him, and Maan came close to her and looked close into her eyes, "Don't be scared, I am with you," Maan said and Geet just frozen up, she heard a distance voice of her warrior in her mind, "Come on, don't be scared, I am with you," his rough hard voice said, she felt the same promising feel now and started at Maan, "Ok," Maan asked and Geet nodded, "Now call Sasha" Maan said and Geet too called her in, and as Sasha came Maan said Sasha what he and the client decided,

"What MK, this girl, I mean, MK I am sorry that I did a mistake yesterday, but what you are doing is an bigger mistake than that, this girl doesn't even know to type anything properly," Sasha said and Geet stood silent, "Sasha, if this girl was not there na, that this project would have gone out of our hands, and anyways she is just for name sake," Maan said and Sasha looked at Geet and her anger for Geet was rising sky high,

Suddenly Phone rang in Geet's cabin and Geet asked Maan's permission and went away, "Sasha, relax, it's no big deal and you are there to handle it with her na, I too know that she can't handle it but you are with her na, won't you do it for me, Sasha," Maan asked slowly looking at her with his cool look melting Sasha up, "Anything for you MK, anything," Sasha said, "And ah I said them we will give them an Launch Party from our side," Maan said,

"no problem MK, I will make the arrangement, just say the theme," Sasha asked eagerly, "No Sasha I want Geet to do it," Maan said shocking Sasha again, "Geet, MK," She started, "Sasha this will be her test, I will give her all the instructions, I need to see how well she is organizing and planning," Maan said and Sasha nodded, "Ok Sasha, will let Geet to inform you all about the theme and other things about the party tomorrow," Maan said,

Maan called Geet and asked to meet him in the meeting room after the lunch hour and Geet too said an ok, "Ok Sasha you can leave," Maan said and Sasha too left and went and stood outside and saw inside Maan's cabin and saw Maan typing up something, "Great MK is making an list himself for that stupid girl, in two days she had my place, no, no, I will not let her get away with this," Sasha thought,

And stood there looking at Maan, after a few minutes, Sasha saw Maan going away from the cabin, and she went to his cabin and saw the planning list he made, and it was so crystal clear, "Great with such an perfect list anyone can make proper arrange and perfect party and if she arranges an perfect party then there is no way I can get her out of this company," Sasha thought and went out and called Tasha to her cabin,

"Yes Mam," Tasha said, "Tasha, I need you to type what I say," Sasha said, "What, Mam but it's lunch time," Tasha said and Sasha looked at her with a anger filled look, "Silly me, sure Mam", she said and sat in the chair before the computer and Sasha remembered Maan's list and started saying up the details, and she was referring so many details, Tasha was typing everything carefully,

"Mam, are we planning for some wedding," Tasha asked looking at her own list she typed, "No Tasha we are planning for an Farewell party of Ms.Geet," Sasha said, and Tasha looked at her confused, "Tasha, take an printout of that list and keep that inside an black file ok, black file, remember and bring it to me," Sasha said and Tasha too nodded her head, and Sasha waited for the Lunch time to get over, and after a few minutes, she saw Maan walking into his cabin and taking an black file and going towards the meeting hall,

Sasha too took the black file which Tasha bought to her a few minutes before and followed Maan and waited outside the meeting room looking inside, and in few minutes Geet too came there, "Sir, you called me," Geet said as she stood before him, "Geet, tomorrow we had decided to give an launch party for the beginning of our project to our client, and I want you to make the arrangements," Maan said and Geet freaked out,

"Sir, please, no sir, I don't know," Geet started, "Geet, shut up, let me finish," Maan shouted and Geet silenced and looked at him stilled and scared, "Look, I had planned every details and made a list, all you have to do is follow the list properly and make the arrange, you have to just coordinate the things," Maan said and Geet looked at him staring at his eyes, "Geet, stop starting at me and say can't you even follow some written instructions," Maan asked and Geet nodded an yes,

"Good, here," Maan gave her a file and Geet got it, "In this file I had made a list of things to do and how to arrange an party, the theme, the color code, music, dress code, food, drinks, everything, is clearly in it, I want no mistakes, just do as it is, perfectly, it's kind of test to you," Maan said and Geet nodded a ok and Maan went away and Sasha was looking at Geet, from outside, and as Geet came out, Sasha purposefully dashed on Geet,

"Geet can't you see," Sasha yelled, "Sorry Mam," Geet said and Sasha perfectly exchanged the files and took the file Geet was having and went away and Geet took the file Sasha bought and went to her cabin, and Sasha went and stood near the corner and Tasha came towards her, "Sasha Mam, atleast tell me now, what's going on," Tasha asked,

And Sasha smiled and Said her everything, "Wow, Mam, that means tomorrow MK will be expecting an international high class party and Geet will arrange for an Indian classical wedding party," Tasha said with a smile, "it's going to be so cool," Tasha said excited, "Yes and it will become the final Farewell party to her and an success party to me," Sasha said,

"You are not suppose to play with Sasha, Geet, no, I am the queen of Khurana's" Sasha said and went away with Tasha, Geet went to her cabin and opened the file and read the details, "Hmmm, looking at Maan sir, I thought he will be into an high ended themed party but he seems so traditional," Geet thought, "well, who knows may be this might be the company policies or something, go Geet do everything as per in the list, after a long time you got a good impression, can't lose it right,"

Geet then started from booking the venue which is near to her office and then called all the persons and started coordination, "Pinky, I am going out now, will be late, so don't wait for me, I told Maan sir too, and tomorrow morning too I will be in the venue only," Geet said and Pinky nodded, "Oie, All the best Geet, do well, ok," Pinky said, "Don't worry Pinky, Maan sir, himself gave me the instructions and it's so clear, will take care," Geet said confidently,

"Ok, so someone is on fire," Adi's voice made her to turn around, "Adi sir," she said, "Well Geet, good luck from my side too," Adi said, "Thank you sir, Maan sir, gave me this job with so much of confidence in me and he had given all the instructions and all I had to do is, to organize correctly and I wish I would do it well and make him proud," Geet said and Adi nodded and Geet said bye and went away, "This girl so innocent," Adi said to Pinky and went away,

The rest of the day went in the venue for Geet, she pulled the event management guys to the venue and gave them the clear instructions and selected the decorations theme and she arranged for the food too, and when she looked at the watch it was beyond 7, "Ok Guys, tomorrow start your work at 7 even and I want everything ready before 6 in the evening and I will be here at 8.30, ok," Geet said and went to her home,

Geet felt hell tired and she didn't even care to have her dinner, she just drink some juice and went to bed. As soon as the morning sun hit Geet, she jumped up and got ready and went to her office, and she typed an email invitation and send to everyone and she went to the venue and saw that the work was going on and she was feeling happy and was looking at the work, "Baba ji, today Maan sir will be fully impressed by me, I had done everything as he said and didn't miss a single thing," Geet said smiling up and was happily working up,

And in the evening everything was ready and workers all went away, and Geet checked everything again and went to her green room to get ready, Maan rushed to the venue at 6.30 and stood frozen, "Oh My God, did I came to the wrong place, or Geet organized the party somewhere else, what's going on," Maan thought confused and suddenly he heard some baarat music, the rolling drum sound made him, turned around and looked shocked,

Sasha, Tasha, Adi, Pinky and all his staffs were dressed in typical Indian wedding wears and was dancing up and Maan looked at them with shocked and his anger raised in his veins, "what the hell"

(sorry "no finding the truth" today but surely tomorrow)

"Get out Geet, Get out," Maan shouted overflowing with his anger, "But sir," Geet said confused, "I said get out," Maan said and Geet looked at him her tears appearing in her bright eyes and flowing down her cheeks, and she saw Maan once and weeps and ran away, "Geet," Maan's heart felt like stopping her, suddenly as he felt the pain inside him with her tears,

Maan stood still holding the file and he felt like the whole room spinning around you, he felt an happiness raising in his heart and tears filling his eyes, "Geet, Geet, Geet is my Choti Rani," Maan said with a heavy emotions raising in his heart...
