Maan was sinking in guilt and his consciousness forcing him to confess his misdeed in front of Dadima but he knew in this processes he'll hurt her more * but he can't hide it any more * he did many wrong things in past even someone lost her life because of his selfishness * only his confession could make it easy to bear d burden and he decided to accept his flub.

Dadima: Maan , apni galti maan lena , usse realize ker lena accha hota hei , esse insaan ke gunah ka bojh kuch kam ho jata hei .

Maan: Dadima , i'm a liar ,,, punish me ,,, curse me .

Dadima: why Beta , why r u accusing yourself like this?What have u done?

Maan: Dadima , I tricked u not to marry Geet * in India , forced Geet to deny for this marriage * I told her that I love someone else and i won't accept her * she refused bcoz of me * u wr forcing me coz of Dad/mom's promise and wanted to marry Sam so i planned to use Geet for this * I forced her to refuse .

Daima: what!!!!

1^st Dadima was shocked but soon she calm down thinking that Geet also like someone else .

Dadima: Maan it's OK , there is no use to accuse yourself , Geet too loved someone else and we both saw that she ran away from her house same night.

Maan: Dadima , i'm not sure that she love any guy , she didn't tell me that , that was me who said that she like someone else to save my plan , she didn't mention anything about that .

She tried to get up but Maan held her hand to stop her.

Maan: Nahi Dadima , aap wahan phone matt kero * ab koi fayada nahi phone kerke * Geet wahan nahi hei Dadima.

Dadima: hum jantey hei wo ussi raat bhaag gai thi lekin hum aapne jo jhoot kaha uske liye Maafi mang rahe hei .

Maan: no Dadima plzz ,he pleaded in a breaking voice * ab koi fayada nahi hei , Dadima Geet is dead now, she is dead * Geet ke cousin aur uske friends ne ussi raat Geet ko maar daala, they killed her Dadima .

Dadima gasped at this news and looked at Maan shocked * d memories of their meeting with Geet lingered in her mind ,,, her refusal , Brij's anger , Geet pleading for help on that night and their cold and inhuman behavior for her * they could save her life but they didn't help her. Babaji!!! Ye kya ho gaya .

After few min she asked in a meak voice ... ye galat hua , bahot galat aur ess sab ke liye hum bhi gunahagaar hein .

Dadima: we wr hurt and angry on Geet's refusal , I liked her and I trusted Yash's choise but her refusal broke all our dreams * that night when we saw her on d road we thought that she was running from home for her BF and we didn't help her in our disappointment but we never thought that they would kill her * she was Yash's friends daughter and in our anger we forgot everything * we could help her as a humanbeing but we didn't * we r also responsible for her demise.

Maan, hume yaad hei wo kaha rahi thi ki .. aap galat samjh rahi hein ,,, essa nahi hei ,,, wo usse maar dalenge lekin humne uski nahi suni * Dadima looked at Maan painfully .

Maan lowered his head in shame , his heart was sinking thinking on Dadima's words ... agar meri baat jhoot hui to ??? Agar Geet ki jaan mere jhoot ki wajha se gai hei to ???

Dadima: Maan, tumhe ye sab keise pata chala?

Maan: maine Adi ko bhej ker pata kiya tha , humari Haweli ka servant bhi janta hei .

Dadima dailled at d Haweli's number and asked to servant * d news he gave wr really shocking and Dadima felt very guilty * what is d use to accuse others when she herself showed a very inhuman behavior.

Dadima: Maan, now u got what u want then why r u denying to marry ?

Maan: I can't Dadima.

Dadima: why ?

Maan: d girl for whom I lied and hurt u betrayed me * she was a back stabber * u warned me but I was blind and mad and got d punishment of hurting u , Geet and Dad/Mom's souls.

Dadima sighed and said in a broken voice: Maan, if Geet was innocent and lost her life coz of ur lie then what punishment u and me deresve? We r equally responsible in that sin of killing her * we trusted u blindly not her even in our anger we ashamed humanity and didn't help a girl . Gunah kiya hei hume bhi .

Dadima got up from there and moved out silently with d guilt * Geet's pleading face was coming in her mind again and again and increasing d burden of their guilt. Maan was also drown in Dadima's words ... we r also responsible for this sin.

Remorse is just not a regret of our consequence ; it's a regret of our motives.
